Intruder and a Rabbi~~t!?

"Don't tell me you forgot that you permitted him to accompany me for the hunting," I remembered, next week will be the hunting.

"Huh? when did I give permissi---" I pulled Lady Miary with me as I whispered the day when she agreed with the Duke.

"Oh, I just remembered your highness."

"Then, can you send him already a letter to come back next week?"

"Understood, your Highness," We entered the dining area. They sat down and Lady Miary ordered me to get paper and pen so I went out to get them.

"Who are you?" I asked the one who is following us earlier. I threaten her with my small knife in her neck.

"I think you are not just an ordinary maid but your just a small fry since her knight is not with her." She said when she suddenly kicked me so I got away from her and she suddenly ran away. I immediately stand up to follow her but then I can't see her. Damn. I lose her and I didn't have the chance to look at her face. This was not in the story, I know that the story is slightly off but this time it is really getting change little by little.

And because I did not know where she was hiding so I went to her Grace's room to get paper and pen. The next time I will face her, it will be her last since I am not allowed to reveal myself within the palace

and I have not yet memorized the places around the palace. And I don't think it's just a normal knight that is following us because I myself did not immediately notice that someone was watching us and I think it will be hard to deal with her but I can still handle her if I can use my full strength. However, my identity will be revealed especially when people see or observe us secretly.

I need to inform this with Lady Miary and the Duke since this will be a pain in the a*s. Even if I don't want to investigate this case but I can do nothing because I need to protect her Grace. We need to be more careful here because there are many eyes around.

I was about to enter the room when I heard something breaking inside so I immediately opened the door and the woman I saw earlier was looking into the drawers.

"Help! anyone! there is an intruder!" I shouted as I threw the knife I was holding at her feet which caused her to fall and I immediately grabbed her. She tried to remove my hands from her but I immediately tightened. She was able to reach for the knife I used with her and almost hit me if I did not get away immediately. And because of the noise coming from the equipment that we were hitting, some knights came and I thought they would last longer. I immediately grabbed her hands with the knife because she might use it to commit suicide. I tried to remove her grip before the knight restrain her.

I heard footsteps from outside. They already arrested the intruder but then when they are ready to take her away, she just seated but it doesn't move so I check her.

"She was already poisoned," I told them so they immediately looked and they saw a mark in her mouth.

Lady Miary and the Crown Prince when they already got out the body of the intruder. Her Grace and Sofie come to me and asking what happen and I said just after they are done with their business. I told her to settle this since I already have given my testimony about this incident. 

"Is she okay?" Renz asked as he approached us. I immediately covered my shoulder wound that Sofie and Lady Miary did not notice.

"She's fin-"

"She's injured Miary look at her arms." So they looked at my arms and immediately looked at the part that I was holding. Sofie immediately gets the first aid kit.

"Why didn't you tell us?"

"This is nothing, it's just a scratch," I told them.

"If you'll excuse us, Your Highness. We will take her to another room and she already gives her testimony to your knights." 

"Okay," he answered so we immediately went out and went to the other room to treat my wound.

"What happened there Avy?" as she cut the clothing in my arms.

"I told them that when I opened the door, I saw an intruder and I tried to stop her from escaping, and of course I use the hypnosis powder since they saw me when I tied her down."

"Then, that's a relief but next time be careful."

"Yes, but my Lady we should be more careful since the intruder is not ordinary since I just caught her when I got out of the dining room to get you a paper and pen."

"Make a report to my father later Avy. I'm going to do something."

"He-hey. Wait, I'll come with you."

"No. Stay here, you're injured and Sofie is still tending with your wounds."

"Still, you should not go alone. Wait for me. Sofie just covered it with bandages." I said while holding her so as not to leave while ordering Sofie to hurry.

"Fine. Sofie, you get another set of clothes." She said and sighed with my stubbornness.

"Right away, my Lady." Sofie immediately obeyed the order. I immediately get changed into the clothes in the bathroom.

"Let's go, Lady Miary." I said while waiting for her.

"Alrigh--"

*Blaggg* 

We were surprised when the door opened and Renz entered.

"Greetings to your Highness." we greeted him at the same time.

"Miary, I suggested that you should have someone with you."

"It's okay, your Highness. I am okay with my maids, just strengthen the security of the palace so that there will be no next time."

"No, that won't do. I'll hand you one of my knights. Kerz call someon--"

" Can I be the one, your highness?"

"Hmm" 

"No, Dravis you will stay with them instead."

"Why your Highness?" he protested

"No buts, Kerz. You can't leave my side and Dravis can do protect and communicate to me easily." 

I looked at Lady Miary and she looked at me precisely. I signed her to refuse or else.

"Your highness, I'm humbly refuse to have one of your knights."

"No, Miary. I insist that you should have one since you can't bring Avy with you here in the palace."

"No, it's okay your Highness." 

"Then, you make me no choice this is an order, Miss Collins."

"Alright. I think I have no choice but to accept it." That is why we don't have any choice but to agree, no matter what our refusal is.

"Dravis from this day you will guard them while they are staying here in the palace for the meantime."

"Understood, your Highness." Kerz didn't have a choice but to do what the Prince's decision and they also left after they said goodbye and said they would talk tomorrow because it was too late. Dravis was left with us, that is why it was very awkward in the room.

"My Lady you should go to bed, it's late," I said because she seemed to have no intention of sleeping

"Maybe later after Sofie tends your wounds." She said and Sofie starts removing the bandages on my arm again.

"It's okay, Lady Miary. You should go to bed and Sofie can tend my wounds in our room." I said as I completely prevented Sofie from removing the bandage on my arm because Dravis couldn't look at us before apart from being the only man in the room, we were all women in his eyes.

"Okay. Then, Sofie, take care of A-Yva." I immediately looked at Lady Miary when she almost mentioned my name so she just smiled and said 'sorry'.

"Sir Dravis you can go and rest, also." She said as we exited her room.

"Just call me, your Grace. I'll be just outside your room." I heard him said.

"No, I can handle myself. You should rest too and that is an order. Just come back early in the morning."

"I understood," Dravis replied before following us out as we closed her door.

"Then, well be going Sir." Sofie said to Dravis and I just waited for her and Dravis just nodded at her. We entered our room and Sofie immediately took the medicines and I removed the bandage on my arm. I felt the sting because of the pain and I just noticed that my wound was quite deep.

"Are you okay?" Sofie asked anxiously as she took the medicine.

"Ugh," I said while holding my arm because it suddenly hurts like it was cut again.

Then when Sofie tried to apply for medicine, my arms lighted up, and a spell shows up. We were blinded up by the light for a second, however, when I opened my eyes I saw Sofie in front of me but why is she so big? Did I become smaller? or she did grow bigger

"Sofie, are you okay?" I asked her because she was still blinded by the light earlier. She blinked many times before looking in front of her and looked like she was looking for something.

"Avy? w-where are you?"

"I'm in front of you Sofie" I said and she turned around again and lowered her gaze.

"A r-rabbit?!!" she shouted and sat down suddenly in shock.

"What are you talking about? a rabbit? where?" 

"A-avyy? Is that really you?"

"I think you need to see it yourself in the mirror," she said and she immediately took a mirror. She put the mirror in front of me and I get back in no time because I could not believe what I was seeing in front of me. It looks unbelievable but then I remember I am in a novel.

"S-sofie c-can you p-pinch my c-cheeks?" 

"I can't do that Avy."

"why?"

"I can't do that to a cute little rabbit," she said while she looks at me.

"What. no. this. can't. be. happening. Sofie."

"Well, you a rabbit Avy. A talking rabbit," she says. I don't know if I'll be happy or not because she seems to care about me before and now she's holding me like a puppy.

"Are you insulting me?" 

"Nope. It's just isn't it amazing that a rabbit is talking and it is my first time to see one."

"It's not amazing. Damn. She got me and I think she cast on my knife she injured me."

"Sofie try to ask her Grace tomorrow to do something about this."

"Understood," Sofie replied as she was busy holding me and I think she was not listening.

"Sofie are you listening?!" I said and I left from her thighs and landed on the bed

"Yes. Then, you should sleep."

"Wait, how about your wounds?"

"Hmm. I think it's been suppressed by the magic."

"Really?" then she lifted me up to check every part of my body that's why I immediately escape from her hand because I thought she would notice that I was a woman. Fortunately, my fur is thick and I will not notice a woman or a man.

"I'm okay so you should off to bed already."

"Okay. Good night," she said but then she hugged me before she sleeps. And since I could not sleep in my condition I went out to the window and looked at the sky. I noticed that there were guards outside of Lady Miary's room was not too far from our room.

I went back inside, I felt drowsy and went to bed.

"Ahhhhh! y-you .. you are a girl?!" I was surprised by Sofie's shout so I got up.

"Why are you shouti--- I'm back!!!" I said but then I realized that I was not wearing any clothes but the only thing covering my body was the blanket.

"S-sofie let me explain. Please listen to me."

"Ho-w. O-okay."

"Sofie I want you to keep this a secret."

"Even to her Grace?"

"Yes. Please don't tell anyone about this until I find the answers and I need to do something."

"You're not going to hurt lady Miary, are you?"

"Don't worry. It's nothing to do with her and I were to mess with her I will not be here."

"That's a relief. But may I know why are you hiding your identity if you can do it even if you're not disguising."

"I'll tell you the reason why with Lady Miary but not now so please keep this secret until then."

"Okay, I understand."

"What?! where is-------"

"She's not feeling well so she stayed at their room---"

"Where is your ----"
