The News

*knock knock*

"Avy, are you still awake?" He said after he knocks so I got up and messed up my hair to look like I just woke up before I opened the door.

"What it is, Ian?" I said as I rubbed my eyes as I opened the door.

"Why a-- Avy?" He said while staring at me so I frowned at why when I remembered I was in the original form and I think this was his first time to see me. I waved my hands in front of him while calling him but he was just staring at me so I tapped him before he returned to his senses.

"Is there a problem?" I asked him while yawning and pretending that I was not aware of my appearance. He looks away when I asked him and I was not sure if his face was red or because he drank too much from the Hunt Ball since I can smell a faint aroma of wine from him.

"Nothing. I just checked if you arrived safely since we noticed that a small group was about to follow you but Sir Alfinus manage to stop them," He said so I looked at him seriously as if I had lost my sleep even though I was not drowsy because of what he said.

"Is that so? 

They really want to watch us intently but is it the Empress lackeys or not?" I said as I wondered who it is since they are different from the last time.

"We are not sure if they are the Empress's pawn but I am working on it since we manage to save one before they kill themselves all," He said so I looked at him and he was looking at me.

"Hmm, similarly, with the one who intrudes Prince Hanz's Room. They have spells on their mouths if they fail their tasks," I said.

"Yes. We can talk about it tomorrow, Avy. You should sleep and rest," He said as he pats my head.

"I didn't expect that you look great in this looks," He added as he left me immediately when I was about to say 'good night to him' as I am sure that his cheeks are bright red but I don't know the real reason since he did not look at me when he said that.

*Ian's Point of view:

 I was surprised when Avy opened her door looking like that since I barely recognized her since she looks a real woman, well, she is but I didn't expect that I could see her with her real appearance which is having black color eyes and long straight black hair. She looks stunning without any make-up on her face like a noble lady cared with many staff such as using expensive soaps for skin and so on, in short, she is a real beauty. 

I did not expect her to let her hair longer when she always cut it short when we were kids as she dyes manually but now she was able to use her magic well. One of my wish requests has been fulfilled which is to see her in her real appearance but I hope she can be like that someday as I smiled bitterly when I remembered Liz told me.

I woke up with the knocks so I got up real quick on my bed as I turn back my hair into short hair with the usual so as my eye color before I opened the door.

"Sir Avy, the breakfast is ready," The maid told me as I nod before following her since she walked first. I was still yawning since I lacked sleep and fortunately today we will rest so I can sleep again later.

"Good morning!" I said after I entered the dining room as I looked at Ian and Ash. 

Good morning," Ian said, " Morning," Ash said as he was yawning as I went to my seat.

"Are you okay, Ian?" I asked since he has eyebags and he looks tired as if he doesn't sleep at all.

"Yes," He said as we started to eat and I didn't ask for more because maybe he was busy last night about what happened. I'll just ask him later since we have a rest day so I can take it easy today.

"Sir Ian, here is the newspaper," His butler said as he handed the newspaper to him so I just kept eating since I am not really fond of reading the newspaper.

"It seems that the Hunt Ball's auction is not the headline but a scandal while the auction is on-going. How indecent people are this," Ian commented after he saw the headline as he put it beside where I can read the headline and the short description. It says that 'This kind of happening during the Hunt Ball is the first time that a watcher caught a couple that is making out in one of the rooms near the venue' so I was stunned because we were the ones referred to in the headline with a scandal.

"What's the problem, Avy?" Ian asked me when he notices that I was looking at the newspaper.

"N-nothing," I said as I looked away and start to eat again.

"Are you sure?" Ash asked me so I looked at him while he was frowning at me as if he was curious what's on my mind.

"Yes, don't worry about me. I am just tired," I said as I laughed a little.

"Then, you should rest well," Ian said as he continues to eat so Ash, and miraculously the two of them are quiet now that they are not like that they are arguing.

"Yes," I said and I couldn't help but look at the newspaper to read the rest of it since it is possible that our identity is exposed especially, Renz.

"It seems that you are interested in it. I didn't know that this kind of news you are interested in," Ian said as he smiled at me as if he was delighted since I never give any interest in any news so I looked at him in disbelief at his expression.

"Not really. I am just curious how this kind of people do such a thing in a place like that," I said while I look like who was disgusted as I curse my own self since I am definitely sure that the description of our position is the same as what is written on the newspaper wherein the lady was seated on the lap of the man. She has long hair and she is definitely seductive since she was the one who is on top of the man while caressing the face of the man who she was about to kiss as if she was the one in control. 

"How could the watchman inform this kind of events? And I do not definitely look seductive when I only did it make my hair long and I only sit on the lap of Renz?!" I shouted as I closed the door since I went back to my room immediately with an annoying expression on my face since the news is all true when it is almost like the imagination of the watchman who caught us in that situation.

"Well, fortunately, they didn't know who are those since there is no name was mentioned so I will forget that incident as if nothing happened yesterday, in short, I will reset my mind about yesterday's event," I said as I lay down on my bed and close my eyes.

"I didn't expect that my master has that kind of personality," I woke up because of the one who talked and I looked out the window and I saw Ash sitting by my window with one foot raised on the window and the other on the floor as he was looking outside.

"W-what are you doing here?" I ask as I dodge his comment so he turned to me smiling as he walks towards me.

"..." He didn't answer me but instead he looks at me intently while approaching me.

"What are you trying to do?" I said when he stopped in front of me and I looked up at him since I was sitting on my bed and he was standing stooping looking at me.

"Did you really look seductive?" He said with a cold tone with a serious look on his face. I shiver because of his gaze and tone of voice.

"N-no. If you heard me a while ago that it is not true, okay?" I said and he suddenly smiled as if nothing had happened so I frowned at him.

"Good," He said as he goes back to the window but he is just standing.

"Why are you so curious about it when it has nothing to do with you," I said since I am his master after all but a while ago it seems that I am not when he asks me that. 

"Of course, I cared about you, Master," He said as he smiles at me when he turns around to face me. Now that I think about it this is the first time that he calls me 'Master' in his human form.

"Yes, yes," I said as I sighed since he was only concern about me.

"But don't do that again ever again even if you don't have any choice," Ash said so I looked at him with an uninterested look since I will never ever do that again.

"Of course. I don't have any plan on doing it again. Ever," I said.

"Either way it will never gonna happen again since I will never leave you," He said seriously when he looked at me so I was nervous about what he said. Is he serious?

"Are you serious? but I can't take you when I am going to pee, you know?" I said bluntly since he seems serious when he told me that.

"Of course, I can do that if I have to make sure that you are safe from both men and danger," He said while smiling so I threw a pillow at his face as long as my face was red with shame.

"No thanks, Ash," I said at him as I glared at him but he just smiled at me while holding the pillow I threw at him.

"But I am serious when I said that I will not leave your side," He said as he looks at me seriously, and his smiles vanish. His sharp blue eyes like the ocean are both scary and beautiful but I can tell that he was just concern about me.

"Fine, but I do not need a companion in taking a bath or going to pee," I said while looking away because of a shame since he was not showing any shame when he told me that he will accompany me for everything even though I was with him for almost 3 years but looking like him in his human form is awkward.

"Why? when you don't have any interesting in your body since your brea--" before he could finish what he was saying I threw a pillow at him and hit him with my first try but now he is catching.

"Get out!" I shouted while hitting him on the last pillow that I held. He was dodging me and he backs away so I chase him with a pillow.

"Oh, my bad," He said when he trips me and fell on the sofa as he was smirking at me.

"Get out now!!!" I said as I glared at him.

"Fine, take a rest, Master," He said as he jumps off the window so I sighed after seeing my messy room since the pillows and chairs were scattered and not in order, in short, it looks like my room was a mess because earlier.

"D*mn. I'm not really used to him being in human form because I forget he's a magical beast sometimes," I said as I picked up the scattered pillow and arranged the chairs. 

After I cleaned up, I went to sleep since I didn't have enough sleep from yesterday.

At Prince Renz's State...

'Did you read the newspaper today?'

'Yes,'

'I didn't expect that they are so brave to make out while the Hunt Ball is on-going,'

'I know right, especially the Crown Princess handle that event,'

'If I were them, I will make sure that I will leave the capital,'

'Yeah,'

Prince Renz heard it from the maid's conversation when he passed through them and they stop talking when they noticed him behind them. 

"News? from yesterday? that was fast?" He murmured as he goes back to his office after strolling for a bit in the garden.

"Kerz, give me the newspaper," He said as soon as he sits down.

"Here, your Highness," Kerz handed the newspaper, and Renz's read the headline of the newspaper.

"They're so brave to do that in the Hunt Ball especially the Crown Princess handles it and Lady Collins. I hope they hide their faces or leave the capital now if they don't want to taste the wrath of Princess Ryah for tarnishing the event," He said casually as he turns to the next page.

"I know right, Your Highness. How could they do that thing even though they are horny they should at least do it on their own houses," Kerz seconded as he arranging the documents on his table.

"Yes, I agree. They don't have any shame," Renz said as he reads the full details and he suddenly coughed with the tea he was drinking because of what he had read.

"Are you okay, Your Highness?" Kerz asks him as he wipes the spilled tea on his table.

"I-I'm okay," He said when he realized that they are the headlines talking about but fortunately, they don't know that two-person. 

"Your Highness, you don't have to waste your time on reading that kind of stuff since they are just trash," Kerz said as he was frowning.

"What did you--- a- never mind. You're right," He said while restraining himself from being annoyed by what Kerz told him.

"Y-yes," Kerz's stuttered since he was surprised by his behavior.

Renz's thoughts are focused on the statement in the newspaper where Avy was described suspiciously since it says that the woman is long hair when Avy is a guy so he was really curious about it.
