The Hunting Event Part 7

The Reunion: Avy and Ian

"How did you end up as Lady Miary's knight?" He changed the topic of our conversation so I looked at the water.

"*took a deep breath* I decided to have a journey after you left and I met her on my way," I told him how did I meet Lady Miary but I didn't tell him what happened to Lady Layla and the main reason why did I went to a journey. He just listens to me until then while I'm playing with the water.

"How is Lady Layla?" He asks me and I immediately looked at the sky before I replied that they were okay when I left them there even though I want to cry but I can't because tell him since he is working with the knights under the Kingdom. He was quiet so I looked at him because he was serious but when he looked at me he smiled. I'm not sure if I saw it right or not before he replied 'that's good to hear' so I just smiled.

"Does Her Grace know your real gender"," He asks me with his worried face? I smiled at him before I answered that she doesn't know. He looked at me in relief as he pats my head and I removed it as I said to him that I am not a little kid but he answered me that my height was.

"Did you eat your dinner?" He asks even though he knows that I didn't since he knows my habit when I was the one who cooks.

"You really know how to piss me, Ian," I said and he said he was joking and I answered him it is not a good joke.

"Here, eat it." He said as he handed me a bar of local chocolate that I always eat since he was not fond of sweets but he is fed because of me.

"Why do you have this when you didn't like sweets in the first place?" I said as I get the chocolate from his hands and I ate immediately.

"I always have that for something to eat when I get hungry especially when I have missions," He said so I just nodded at him.

"Is that also the reason why I haven't receive any replies from you?" He asks me that he sent letters many times

but he did not receive a reply from me and he is sad about that since you can see his face sullen.

"a-ah, about that, I'm sorry. I didn't reply when you send me letters since a week after you went here I leave the town." I answered him while smiling to hide my nervousness.

"It's okay, we can't do anything about that but in my first letter I'm sure you read that." He said to me as he stared at the river.

"Yes, I read it and I was about to reply but I thought that it will be a bother since you are busy with your training, you will be tired at night and no time to read the letter," I said. Even though the truth is I am lazy to write a letter and my handwriting is not good.

"What?! Why would you think that it's a bother?" He said while looking at me.

"Ah, because you should have enough rest at night and I think that when I leave Lady Layla I can meet you the way so I didn't reply," I said even though my reason is half-lie and half-truth. *I even waited for it* he mumbled but I didn't get what it is.

"Really? but why didn't you tell me that is you when we meet at the welcoming party?" He said that's why I looked away as I answered him that it was awkward since he was so cold and a little bit scary because he was too serious, and he replied that he was like that ever since but I answered him that it does not cause he knows to smile a little bit. He answered me that he is working, and smiling does not include for him to smile at anyone unless he was not on duty and I answered him that even though and he should at least not look scary or else he can't find a nice woman. 

"I don't need to since they are the ones who reach me," He said in a bored toned and bored expression. I just whispered 'okay, you are handsome' as I pouted since he was being chased even when we were kids.

"Good for you," I plainly answered him and got up to go back there because Renz or Miary might look for me so he got up too and put on his shoes. We went back together, and we saw that they were having fun because they were holding drinks so I asked Ian where they took it if we were in the middle of the forest and we were far from the kingdom and he answered he doesn't know. Lady Miary noticed us and called us to share so we both approached them.

Prince Renz immediately pulled Ian over and gave him the wine so he could do nothing but to accept it and sat with them Ronan, Kil, and Prince Hanz while Lady Miary pulled me on the table as she served me food and she told me to eat since she didn't see me eat and I answered her that I don't really eat when I cooked but she insists me to eat or else, she told me that she will feed me if I refuse so I didn't have a choice but to eat. 

Flashback ~~

"Did you see Avy?" Lady Miary asks them while they are eating and all of them look around but they didn't see Avy.

"I saw him left and I think he goes for *beep*," Kerz said as he told them that he will come back so let's just eat. They agreed since it's natural to leave if you have to take a pee or reduce.

"Okay." She said as she continues to eat and Kil brought out the wine so they forgot Avy while Ian silently leaves them to look for Avy since he was sure that Avy is what he knows. 

He went to the river since Avy likes to take a rest and where she usually goes when she wants to be alone and he was right because he can see her seating there while her feet were soaked in the water. 

He seated beside her as she slowly looked at him that you can see her surprised since she didn't expect to see Ian in front of her. Ian hugged her when the moment she was about to talk because he can't believe that he can now saw his childhood s***h sister since they both grew up together. He can't stop himself to get excited as he missed her since it's been years without communication that he thought something happened to her. They talked about each other how's their life as Avy tell about her journey and he just listen to her and they go back to the camp.

While I was eating, Lady Miary asked me why I was with Ian so I said I only saw him when I was to go back and she nodded. I can hear the noise coming from Prince Renz's table with Ian, Kil, Ronan, Prince Hanz, Kerz, Dravis, Gin, Klin, and other nobles with them. Lady Miary and I didn't drink any alcohol so someone can take care of them although we have someone with us who is not as drunk as Prince Hanz since he is still minor, Kerz, and Klin are still capable of themselves while the others are wasted. I can already imagine their appearance due to a hang-over and headache since all of us will be able to try the magical tree. We took them to their camps and I accompany Ian to his camp even though Kerz that he will accompany him but I said that he has to take care of Dravis after he takes care of his Highness so he just agreed with me after he answered my question where is Ian's camp was.

"Ian can you walk since your so heavy and I can't carry you," I said and he just nodded as he was supported by me walking since he is still conscious but he can't walk straight. We were still walking slowly because of his weight and fortunately, we have reached his camp. I made him sit down and made his bed and helped him lie down. I remove his shoes and I lose his clothes even though I don't like it but he smells of alcohol so it's much better for him to change. I can't remove it his so I ask him if he can change his clothes and he said 'okay' as he sat down but I think he is half-sleep so I close my eyes while helping him change. I looked at Ian because he was wearing the clothes wrong and I couldn't help but look at his body, my face turned red because of his good physique. I avoided looking at him because of what was I am thinking since Ian is like a brother so I immediately dressed him and laid him down, then I left.

I saw Kerz who was fixing and Lady Miary who was supporting Gin so I approached her so I could take care of Gin but she refuses me and she said I'll take care of Marquess Ronan who is still sitting beside Kil and Klin.

"No, I don't like it," I said to her but she glared at me as she told me that it is a command since everyone is busy like Kerz was caring Dravis who is already asleep in his chair so I have no choice. 

I accompanied Ronan to his camp that is not far from Ian's camp and fortunately, he can still walk but he still needs help because if I did not support him he will so I am supporting him to walk. Miraculously, Ronan was so quiet when he is drunk because he just looked at me when I said I would take him to his camp and he stood up to leave as he was trying to walk straight but he can't since he's drunk. 

When we are near his camp when he suddenly vomits and he even spits on me with his clothes. I also almost vomited because of the smell o I quickly went to his camp and made him sit down to prepare his bed. I get a towel and water as I wipe his face even though I was annoyed with him but I couldn't just leave him like this since he might catch a cold. I have a conscience but he will pay for this when he is sobbing, probably tomorrow. Since I need to remove his clothes but I ask him if he can remove them but he answers me that he can and he only unbuttons his polo when I look at him. I want to beat him because he fell asleep while taking off his clothes so no choice but I have to remove his clothes myself and I can say that he also has a good body like Ian. 

He suddenly pulled me when I was buttoning his clothes which is why the closeness of his face to me that I can smell his breathing smells of alcohol. I distance myself from him a little but he held me tightly and touched my face so I was nervous about what he could do and wondered if he was really drunk because he still had the strength to pull me. I slightly pushed him but he didn't even move a bit as his face is only an inch from mine so I was stoned because I did not know if I would push him or punch him?

He looked at me in my eyes as he holds my face with both hands as he looks down on my lips that's why I covered my lips.

"Don't cover it. It's beautiful." He said as he removes my hands and my cheek immediately warmed up because he doesn't look like the usual Ronan who talks like a dagger coming out of his mouth. I don't know what am I doing when I can push him but I can't and I don't know why or it is because he was drunk and he doesn't know what he was doing. I thought since I was a guy in his eyes so why would he looks at me as if he wants to kiss me but I immediately shake my head as I am thinking that he likes men.
