The Trial of the Magical Tree and Beast

He looked at me in my eyes as he holds my face with both hands as he looks down on my lips that's why I covered my lips.

"Don't cover it. It's beautiful." He said as he removes my hands and my cheek immediately warmed up because he didn't seem to be the usual Ronan who looks like a dagger coming out of his mouth. I don't know what am I doing when I can push him but I can't and I don't know why or it is because he was drunk and he doesn't know what he was doing. But I thought something since I was a guy in his eyes so why would he looks at me as if he wants to kiss me but I immediately shake my head as I am thinking that he likes men.

I pushed him when suddenly someone called him and stood up to go out. He just lay down on his bed since he lay down on my push and I saw his colleague and I told him to take care of Marquess Alfinus as I have something to do. I slap my face why I did not react immediately earlier, although I know what will happen if I stayed there. I can't blame myself since I didn't have this kind of experience, in short, I have 0 love experience so I don't really know what will I be doing in that situation. I did not realize that I was here at our camp and Prince Renz and Kil were still drinking while Kerz and Klin are still with them but they didn't drink since they are a little bit drunk. I can no longer see Lady Miary and Gin so I think they go back to their camp kaya I'll just clean for a bit because we are the only five left awake since Dravis was already sleeping that I didn't know he has a weak tolerance to alcohol. 

They are still drinking and Klin was trying to stop Kil to drink so as Kerz but they are not listening as they commanding to give back the wine that they are drinking so I came over and took the bottle of wine as I drink all of it since it's just a little bit and I also want to drink. They all looked at me as I drink their wine and I told them that 'that is enough and go to sleep' so Prince Renz and Kil nodded because of my authoritative voice while Kerz and Klin looked at me unbelievable so I wondered why would they looked at me as if I did something really amazing. Kil and Klin went back to their camp so as Kerz and Prince Renz and I clean up the table for a bit when I felt dizzy from the alcohol that I drink so I sat down because my vision suddenly not steady.

I didn't think that the wine has a high percentage of alcohol even though it was not that much. *actually, she drinks almost half of the bottle* I tried to stand up but I can't since I feel my feet are feeling weak so I remained seated as I look up at the sky while one of my hands is on my forehead.

"Avy, are you okay?" Kerz asks me so I look at him and I saw two Kerz before I answered him 'yes'. 

"No, you are not since your face and ears turned red, and all for most you are still a kid so why did you drink that hard liquor?" He said while scratching the back of his head as he helps me stand.

"I'm not a kid," I said as refuses to have support from him but he still holds me to stand up.

"Yes, you are. Come on, let me help you since you barely can stand up." He said as he supports me and holds my shoulder so I let him help me since I am really drunk from that drinks.

"You really are slim Avy like a woman," He commented but I did not answer because I might be able to answer him differently. I am thankful that I still know what is happening. He let me rest beside Dravis who is sleeping soundly as he covers me with a blanket. 

~~Dravis's Point of View;

After I accompany his highness to his camp and I check Avy since he drank the hard liquor where I can not drink that much. I saw Avy seating as he looks up at the sky while his one arm is in his forehead so I approach him and I ask him if he is okay even though he is not. He answers me 'yes' when he barely look at me and I think he can't stand properly so I support him as I hold him in the shoulders. I know he is young but I do not think he this slim or I should say petite like a woman of her debutant age which is around 16 years old. I can say he is light for a man because I can lift him but of course, he might get angry so I just support him to our camp and I let him seat beside Dravis who is having a pleasure of sleep because of his drunkenness.

I leave them there and I went out to clean the mess since I was sobber up and at the same time to guard the Crown Prince. I couldn't help but think of Avy's face because he looked like a woman whose face was red when he looked at me earlier so I slapped myself and said 'he is a man and not a woman, think properly Kerz' and continued what I was doing.

I woke up with a headache and I looked at my side because something move and Dravis sleeping next to me hugging me so I suddenly stood up and immediately get away from him. I check my self if I am still wearing my clothes and I was grateful that I am still wearing my clothes. I was trying to remember what happened yesterday and I remember drinking the wine that Kil and Prince Renz were drinking that I thought his alcohol content was not strong and Kerz supported me. I remembered the conversation with Kerz and fortunately, I did not answer that 'I am a woman' but why does he have to let me sleep with Dravis, although, I don't have the guts to complain since he will just answer me that 'we are both guys so what's the problem'.

I went out after realizing what I did last night and it was good since I didn't do anything as I walk towards the river to wash my face and to cool down. If you are wondering about the river it was connected to the river in the previous place we stayed to because it comes from near the magical tree so when you get lost it is better to follow the river. I was still yawning while wiping my face when I looked at the river because it looks like something fell and Kil is floating so I immediately approached because he might have bumped or could not breathe since he was floating in the water not facing the sky but the water. 

"Hey! Are you okay?!" I told him when I got close and immediately face him. I slap his face lightly to wake him up and he slowly looked at me while he stood up.

"Little Avy? You're wet," he told me. I don't know if I will laugh or not since he still half asleep as he wiping his eyes. 

"And also you, *chuckled*," I told him, and only then did he notice that we were in the river and I looked at him because he frowned as he looked at me so I looked at myself and immediately turned my back on him because my body is a bit visible with the bandage that I use to cover the shape of my body. I went up and I said he should go up from the water. I face him after squeezing my clothes so as not to be noticeable and he was still not on himself as if stunned, and did not know what to do so I removed his cape and squeezed and put it on again. He looks like a kid because he was so obedient and I turned to Klin who was gasping for breath as he called Kil

. 

"Your h-- Sir Kil why did you leave so suddenly?" He asks Kil while examining him if he has an injure or what.

"Does he usually like this when he drinks?" I curiously ask Klin and he answered me 'yes and acts like a kid when he drinks too much like yesterday' and I ask him 'what if he only drinks mild?'. 

"He was silent for about an hour before he goes back to his senses," He said, and I commented that 'he has a tough time with Kil drinking habits' and he agreed to me as he assists Kil to go back and get change.

I did not return immediately because I was still wet and too early since we are the last ones in line for the trial in the magical tree so we will take our time to go there. I also sat for a few minutes by the river before returning to our camp and I found Dravis preparing breakfast.

"Good morning." I greeted him as I walk inside our tent and I heard him says 'Morning'. I immediately changed my clothes before Kerz goes back here and went out to help Dravis. 

" What else can I do?" I asked since he was already done cooking the breakfast.

"Just call his Highness and I'll call Kerz." He said and answered him 'okay' then I went to Prince Renz's tent as I called him before I went inside and saw him still laying on his bed.

"Your Highness, it's time to wake up," I said to him while he slowly looks at me.

"What time it is?" He asks me while he sat down as he massages his head.

"It's already 8:30 in the morning, your Highness," I answered him as I gave him a glass of water and he drinks it all.

"Prepare my clothes," He commanded me as he still seated and massages his head because of the hang-over. I quickly took his clothes and put water on the basin and wet the towel to be used.

"Your Highness, do you want me to help you clean up so that you will be refresh," I said to him. Instead of answering he just removes his clothes so I help him wipe his face but for his body, I did not. e came out after he got dressed and I was left to fix what he used. He never said 'thank you' to me who was kind enough to help him when I am not even his attendants *clenched fists*. I pouted when I went outside because of annoyance. 

"What's the problem, Avy?" Kerz ask me as he saw me coming out of the tent.

"Nothing," I said so he looked at me confused.

"Let's go, the breakfast is already ready," He said so I followed him and we found them eating. We just ate quietly and immediately prepared to go to the magical tree.

"Woah, Lady Miary is no joke," Prince Renz commented as we watching Lady Miary attack the tree so amazing with her special attack wherein her sword was covered with her mana that she can control the size according to her choice and has a powerful force that can cut in a long distance. The magical tree reacted with brightness while the baby wolf transforms into a bigger wolf and attacks her Grace and she immediately dodges as she retreated back since she was almost got caught in its paws with mana it in.

"That wolf is not also a joke," Prince Renz commented again while he was really amazed. I was just quietly next to him watching too.

"Your Highness, do you think the magical beasts can be tamed?" I ask him out of curiosity while still looking at the wolf changing back to its original size and I feel that he looks at me.

"Hm. Yes as long as you can reach its standard." He said.

"Then, can you tame it, your Highness?" I ask him and now I looked at him and he looked at me too.

"I'm not sure, but Prince Hanz can, I guess?" He answered me honestly so I look back at the tree.

"Why do you think Prince Hanz, can do but not you?" I told him.

"You will know it when it's his turn." He said so I turned to him and he just smiled at me. I wondered why he said that.
