The four solid persons left to meet with a real estate agent about the next door property. All the documentation was ready, but they still needed to tour the house. That had been arranged for later in the afternoon. They did some browsing among the small shops in Chester, picking out things they felt would fit with the décor of the bed and breakfast. There were still a lot of hurdles to overcome if the sale went through. Permits were required, and probably a re-zoning of the area. Martin decided to put his company lawyer’s talent to good use. They all crowded into a waterfront café for lunch, and wondered about who was skilled enough to prepare an edible cuisine that would boast the breakfast part of their bed and breakfast.
