RISHABH’s POV “Four,” I grunted, pushing my weight against the tiled floor by the pool. Early morning exercises were my favorite way to start my day. “Five,” I did another push up, turning my head to the side and that's when I spotted him. The annoyance that I thought had disappeared found its way to my body, making me do faster push ups. Maxwell's words pissed me off so bad that all I wanted to do was call it quits with him, but somehow I couldn't. He had no right to talk to me in that manner, especially not when he was the one checking me out. And every time I recalled the back and forth, the annoyance got further intertwined with a knotty feeling inside of me—one that I would name irritation.
