I gazed down upon the mutilated body on the ground, feeling up my chest for any sense of guilt or pity, but I felt none. I guess I really am a monster, for the people that I love. Jenna's face still held the horror and pain that she felt on her last seconds, it should've bothered me. It should've made feel bad for beheading a woman, ot should've made me feel something. It was inhumane, but this wasn't by far the worst things I've done for my family and to survive. I hated to kill, it made feel disgusting and beastly. But every time someone poses a danger that went beyond what I could dismiss, I lose my restraint. As much as I could, I had avoided to kill, but once I start there is no stopping me. I gazed softly at the corpse, this time, I felt a slight twinge. Sadness for the loss of life
