Chapter 20

Lance POV

I’ve heard everything that Liam told to Blake… that my real parents is alive but what is my relation to my late parents the one who take care of us and where is my real parents is. I’m here now at office of Liam since it’s there is no a lot of customer so the other employee will handle it first, Blake is here Liam, Kalen and Clint

“if mom and dad are not my real parents? Where are my real parents?” I asked Liam

“I thought in the first that I will know… but when I finished reading it it’s all about how your parents come to my parents and his dad assistant to give the information about the illegal business that they have but Xander’s dad assistant is a traitor… that’s the reason why my parents and your parents died.” Said Liam I’m in still processing it in my mind.

“so, meaning dad didn’t know about it?” asked Blake to Liam

“no, your dad has nothing to do with this issue. That’s why Nathalie blackmailed you because his brother and father are the reason why both of our parents died” Said Liam

“so, she knows about it?” said Kalen

“yes, she is… she knows that uncle Mil didn’t know about it, that’s why you being fooled by that woman.” Said Liam

“they really brilliant huh!” said Blake

“so, what will going to do?” said Clint

“find that file and give it to the right person.” I said to them

“but where we would find it?” said Kalen

“that’s the only thing that we didn’t know.” Said Liam and we keep silent because were thinking where would we find it… but there is one thing that I came up with my mind and I will not tell I need to confirm it first if that file is in that box.

“I have something to tell you all.” Said Blake

“is that what Nathalie told you earlier? I actually heard it.” said Liam

“yeah, Nathalie want me to break up with Lance.” Blake said… what? That girl wants Blake to break up with for what.?

“for what?” I asked him

“I don’t know about it she never told me about it.” Blake said…

“we need to take care because we didn’t know what she’s thinking… don’t worry I will silently follow her or maybe my men.” Said Clint

“okay let’s get back to work… we can solve this problem I promise.” Said Liam… true Liam we will solve this promise… we go back to our work… when Miguel approach me, ever since that Christmas party my perception about Miguel is change he is a nice person, but Blake is a jealous man so I limit my interaction with him…

“Lance can I talk to you later before we off to work because I know Xander would not allow you to talk to me.” he said to me

“sure, what is it.?” I said to him…

“I have something to confess.” He said to me

“okay, you can spill it now.” I said to him

“ahmm… I… I like you.!” he said to me… what?

“huh?” I said and

“nothing just doesn’t mind it.” he said and run away to the kitchen… what just happened Miguel confess to me but he looks like a bottom just like me… weird I didn’t mind it and I go back to my work.

Sofia POV

I’m here now in France but I will not stay long here I just get some documents because I will not study here anymore I will study in the Philippines because my brother told me so, he doesn’t want to get away from me… I’m eating here in a luxury restaurant in France I’m only alone here, I just meet some friends but I didn’t take so much time with them because they are so plastic. And I don’t like that kind of friend you know… I want a friend just like my brother and brother Lance I hope they will find brother Lance brother, because I don’t want him to be sad anymore… and I sit near the shore after I eat my dinner the evening here is totally beautiful… I miss Shaniya she’ s too young to leave the world. We didn’t know that she has a heart failure and she never told us when it hurts her, I wipe my tears away when someone handling me a towel

“a beautiful lady like you don’t need to cry like that.” He said

“thank you… I’m just missing someone who’ve been part of my life.” I said to him

“oh! Is that your love of my life?” he asked

“no, the daughter of my brother Lance, she is now gone in this world.” I said to him

“oh, I’m sorry about that… condolence.” He said to me

“thank you, are you leaving here?” I asked him

“yes. I’m with my mom and dad here.” He said

“do you have a brother?” I asked him

“yes, I have a brother… but I never saw him.” he said to me

“did they tell you the name of your brother?” I asked him

“Adrian that’s the name of my brother… by the way I didn’t even know your name.?” he asked me

“by the way I’m Sofia Chua.” I said to him

“I’m Kian.” He said to me

“a beautiful name… my mom said that my brother who named me Kian.” He said to me

“it’s nice to meet you Kian, but I have to go now it’s getting late my brother will call me if I’m okay.” I said to him and he looked sad when I mention that I need to live

“did you know that I have forgot my past or should I say I have an amnesia.” He said to me

“what happened to you.?” I said to him

“my mom said that I got a high fever and my head is full of blood that’s what they say.” He said to me

“until now you can’t remember?” I asked him

“no, I didn’t… I wish that I can remember him but there’s a blur image when I dream about him.” He said to me

“Kian, I need to go.” I said to him

“when will I see you because you’re the one who make me comfortable among the people that I’ve meet.” He said to me

“I will go back to the Philippine tomorrow… because I came here to get some documents.” I said to him

“okay… thank you for listening to me I hope to meet you soon and know you more.” He said to me

“me too I want to spend more time with you but I can’t see you soon Kian.” I said to him and we bid a wave goodbye from each other… and in that moment my heart seriously beat like how my brother feels to brother Kalen… see you so soon Kian… I know will meet again.

Kian POV

Hi everyone I’m Drake Kian Anderson I’m 16 years old and I’m living here in France with my parents… I roaming around here in France… my mom always said to me that I have a big brother but they didn’t tell who is him… they always say that in he right time we will meet him and they also said that I hope they will be forgiven of my brother that’s they said to me.

“what is your mistake to my brother.” I asked them and they didn’t answer me… I’m here at the near the shore when I saw a beautiful woman wiping her tears so I came and I give my handkerchief to her and we talked… but she need to leave, it made me comfortable to be with her talking to her and I hope to see you soon because you made my heart beat fast… see you soon Sofia… after that I head to go back home when I arrived I saw my mom waiting for me in the front of the house.

“where did you go son” she softly asked me

“roaming around mom, is dad already here?” I asked her

“no, he’s not here but I preferred your snack so let’s go the kitchen.” She said to me and we go inside our house and go to the kitchen. My mom is very kind she always taking care me and make me happy also, dad is the best dad I ever had he’ll do everything just to make us happy. After we eat I go to my room and lay on the bed and thinking about what happened earlier and then I remembered the name that she mentioned L…Lance that’s the name, why it feels so calm when I hear that name and I smile I hope I meet him also… when my mom enter my room

“why is my son smiling.?” She asked me

“mom I meet a person, not a girl I mean and I’m comfortable with her and she came from the Philippines.” I said to her and she got shock when I mention about Philippines

“what did you talk?” she asked me

“I told her that I have a brother and she told me that her brother best friend has a daughter and the daughter was gone due to the heart failure.” I said to him

“what’s the name of the girl?” mom asked me

“hmmm … Sofia Chua is her name.” I said to her and mom went silent but later on she asked me again

“what is the name of his brother friend?” she asked me

“hmmm… Lance that’s name.” I said to mom, why she went silent again

“what did you feel when hear that name.?” mom asked me again… why she keeps on asking me

“I don’t know mom but when I heard that name, I became at peace and relax.” I said to my mom and she hugged me

“I’m going down now I’ll wait for your dad… and I’m happy that you meet that person.” She said to me and leave my room. My mom is weird today… I just shrug my shoulder and I get phone and log into f*******: I find her name and I saw Sofia Chua and I add her in f*******: and later on she accepts me… I smiled and one pup out in my messages and when I’ve saw it… it was Sofia

“hey did you come home safely?” that the text that she sends me

“yes… you?” I replied to her

“by the way tomorrow is my flight we can have a video chat when I get there.” She said to me… I got sad because of this but we have an alternative way.

“safe flight to you’’ I said to her… we keep on chatting until midnight and I bid her a goodbye… we will see each other again Sofia… and I sleep with a smile.

Liam POV

Today is the return of Sofia from France, she gets the document that I needed and I’m here in the airport waiting for her… and I’m with Kalen today…

“what time she will arrive?” he asked me

“maybe 10… it’s 9:30 so 30 minutes before she arrived” I said to him we just waiting for her… after a minute she arrived and she look at our direction

“how’s your flight?” I said to him

“fine brother.” she said and get in the car… we arrive at Blakes house since after a month we live here. And its Sunday and it’s our day off today, when we get there Xander and Lance are seating in the living room watching movies.

“yes brother?” she asked

“you want to come with us to the beach.” I said to her

“sure, wait I’m going to pack my things” she said as long as you are a wanderer person even you are tired in your trip… I shake my head and go back downstairs where Kalen is there seating on the couch looking at his phone.

“what happened?” I ask him

“I put a one camera on the kitchen and this is my time watching it and I saw Nathalie and Miguel talking to each other… did they know each other?” he said to me and ask me about it

“I don’t know but we need to investigate it what is there relationship…and we can talk about it when we get there.” I said to him

“okay. Clint will follow us there later.” He said to me and I said okay when Lance and Xander come down and lastly my sister. And we ride the van

“where we going to go…?” said Lance

“Batangas.” Said Blake because as far as I know they have a beach resort there.

“were going to your beach resort?” said Kalen

“yeah, it’s safe there.” Said Xander and we texted also Clint the place were going to be and his on the way now… after we arrive at the pier we wait for him and when he arrived were ride a boat to Isla Verde… it is beautiful beach we can dive there and also we can have a relax since the happenings that happened to us, many revelations also, so we can have to fresh our mind and made a plan that make them go to jail by killing my parents and Lance parents and also for making Shaniya ‘s life in danger. I know they are the one who kidnap Shaniya… we need to act before it’s too late.

Lance Mother POV (THE REAL MOTHER)

When I hear your name, it makes me want to cry… I’m sorry son, I hope you forgive me when we will finally meet… I know son soon our fate will be fated…I’m looking at your picture now together with my sister here you are so happy and I wish that I was there me and you father… I saw your brother in the middle of the road and he had a high fever and a blood in his head that cause to his amnesia… you know that when we get him, his mentioning your name brother Adrian… I’m sorry if we can’t get you because they will know that were still alive… I hope you’ll read the letter that your aunt which is your mother also give to you… because in that letter is the key to get the files that will end their badness for us and for others. I miss you very much my son

“I miss him very much, it’s been a decade year that he’s in our life.” I said to my husband

“we will together again soon, don’t cry be strong just like how he’s doing there fighting and never give up” he said to me and I hug him… we will meet so soon son, I hope when the times come you welcomed us with open arms.
