Adam didn't believe Derek Shaw's confession. He couldn't explain why. The evidence fit. The man had motive, opportunity, a record. But something felt wrong. A loose thread he couldn't ignore. He sat in the garage office, the security footage playing on Leo's laptop for the tenth time. The hooded figure moved through the hallway, confident, unhurried. Someone who knew the building.
