Elissa felt like her body was petrified upon hearing that from Alejandro. She already had the idea what he was talking about. Seeing the people taking pictures of them, Elissa was sure that it had already reached Alejandro. Knowing the man, he was probably pissed right now.
"Why is he with you, huh?" Alejandro asked.
"If you're going to date someone, don't tag our daughter along," he followed up.
Elissa swallowed hard. Here Alejandro goes again. He was concluding the situation easily without hearing her explanation. This has been their problem ever since.
"I am not dating him. It just happened to see him here," Elissa said.
She wanted to clear things as early as possible. If she didn't do it now, it could be a more complicated misunderstanding for the two of them.
