I feel my body tense under Reid’s arm, and if he notices, he gives no sign of it. He just looks incredibly confused, frozen, staring at her, as if trying to figure out whether Katarina Volkov is real or not. I even have to look at her again to make sure my eyes aren’t deceiving me.
