Col POV
Before I could fully relax into the kiss, she stopped. I tried to kiss her again, but before I could she said, “Uh, I umm, really like this but…”
Back to kissing, then she stopped again. Grrrrrr. “I need to get dressed and address your, uh, colleagues. Men in arms? I don’t-”
More kissing. As she gently pulled me off she said, “Col, I am dead serious. I need to change.” I stopped kissing her and gave her the cutest look I could muster. I thought that she would shove me outside with my sister, but she simply put me in her closet and assertively said, “Stay.” I whimpered. I wanted her to stay, not go. She was a very good kisser.
“Everything okay in there? We're all waiting down here. Col? Hello? Alright, I am coming in,” Cristal butted in, and entered the room. “Alisea? Where is my brother?” Uh-oh.
“Umm, in there?” my mate responded, as she opened the door, and out I stumbled. My cheeks felt warm, and I didn’t dare look my sister in the eye. “I feel bad,” my mate continued. “I might have accidentally-on-purpose kissed your brother? Are you okay with that?”
“Actually, I thank you. Everyone was going to be miserable until you two acknowledged your mate bond...oops” Cristal answered.
I am going to kill my sister.
