Chapter Twenty Eight They both lie down on their bed in their different rooms, their eyes both wide open, thinking about what had happened. *Noah Alone* “Maybe I shouldn't have gone, maybe I wouldn't have seen what I saw,” Noah muttered to himself, his mind racing with regret. The event that happened was in his mind and he couldn't keep thinking about it, and no matter how much he tried erasing it away from his memory it lingered like an unwanted shadow. He rolled onto one side of his bed, staring at the wall as if it held the answers to the questions swirling in his mind. Would things have been different if he hadn’t walked into that moment?
