Now that we know the cartel will not intervene, as most of them will help Diego, and the few left will join Garcia, we can go in and end the rogue. I want my sons to go with me when I confront him. I want them to see what an awful person their stepfather is. I want them to realise what he has done to them. I don't want him to see them. I want him to think that I am the only one there. I want us to capture him. I do not want him dead. I want to take him on the boat and feed him to the sharks. I want him to face me first, though.
