It was Monday and Sophee, and I were together, but I never mentioned to her what happened between my dad and me. I didn’t want her to worry about it, even if I told her I’d tell her someday. It was a surprise too, because she wasn’t bugging me about it.
She was just talking about her plans of confessing to Seth, which I was highly against because I knew guys like him wouldn’t appreciate a girl like Sophee. Sure, Seth would date a girl as beautiful as Sophee, but he would never take her seriously. It was definitely a bad idea.
“So, I was thinking of giving him this letter where I tell him everything that I feel about him, but when I hand him the letter, I’ll tell him I like him. How does that sound?” she asked, and I nodded unenthusiastically.
