A few short months later, Tatiana’s unborn child announced its impending arrival, demanding to see what this new world had to offer. Pasha raced her and Anatoly to the hospital and he knew the time had come to execute the meticulously planned escape. Pasha had enrolled the services of a doctor who owed him a life debt from when Pasha had saved him from a knife fight when he was a wild boy growing up on the tough streets of Odessa.
The doctor was a key part of Pasha’s plan. He delivered a vibrant and healthy baby girl into Tatiana’s loving arms and then announced that she had some after-birth complications and needed two weeks recovery in the hospital.
