AUTHOR’S NOTE
Back in my late forties, I had a deep conversation with a good friend that transformed the course of my life. At a time when I was asking the difficult What next? question, my friend pulled a concept out of the air and informed me I was going to be an author of fiction; an idea that I had never before considered. That very night I had an incredibly vivid dream that was the genesis of Chernobylite; the plot solidified over the next few days and a couple of months later I’d finished my first draft.
Since then, I’ve continued my author journey, learning, growing and writing along the way. This is my first published work of fiction and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing it with me.
