It's been two days since Lucas' dad travelled. So far, aside the annoying errands and calls, Camelia was bearable and on good behaviour.

"So, what's it going to be?" Camelia asked over the phone. Seeing lucas just walked in, she gave him a curt smile before resuming to speak to the person on the other end.
Lucas had just returned from a little basketball game. It was a sport he would have taken seriously if his dad encouraged him. He was an Ace back in high school, and his coach had talked to him about joining the team on a professional level. Lucas had told his dad about it but his dad waved it off, telling him to focus on improving his grades.
