Mesmerizing. The only word that can describe the view in front of me. I took a sip at my now luke warm coffee I made a few minutes ago, as I sit in my balcony watching as the sunrise unfolds in front of my very eyes I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. It's surprising how a person can took solace just by watching something, I heave a deep sigh and recalled why I am up so early. After talking to myself for about one hour I spend my remaining sleep hours starring at my ceiling thinking about the most random things and when I saw that it's already four a.m I then got up, made myself some coffee and sat at the balcony to watch the sunrise.
As the sun started to paint the sky with it's orange hue I decided to finally start my day. Two hours passed and I am now walking towards the school, the sign Sierra Nevada College and it's logo welcoming me as I made my way inside the building but as soon I entered my first period which is English I instantly regret coming to school today. There he is sitting on my seat, the person who keeps popping on my mind earlier, the subject of my annoyance.
"Would you be as kind as to get the f**k out of my seat." I stated as calm as possible but instead of obeying me he just sat there starring at me again!
"Swearing is not good for you."
"And sitting in my seat is not good for you either."
I was about to lose my patience when I suddenly felt and arm around my shoulders. Another nuisance. Why am I surrounded by weird people?
"Good morning mate!"
We were taken aback when all of a sudden we heard a low growl coming from Zero, or is he just having coughs?
"Why are you calling him mate Jordan?"
"Uhm because we're classmates?"
Out of annoyance Zero stood from my chair and walked pass us grabbing Jordan in the process. They returned to their respective seats and I was granted with one hour peace which I ecstatically accepted. The class went on smoothly, the professor gave us some seat works and scheduled some oral recitation, also he told us to read Chapter 3 of our syllabus.
"Do you have time after class? Wanna hang out at Lake Tahoe?"
I don't know why they are sitting in front of me today while eating lunch, it just happened and I didn't like that they are so casual on joining me when I didn't even invited them.
"We're not friends."
"Oh? That's opposite of what we're doing now right?" I sighed at what Jordan said, what an i***t, they're just here because they inserted themselves in my table.
"Why are you here then?" I looked at Zero unamused.
"I should be the one asking that."
"Too bad I ask first."
"Yeah, too bad you're here I can't seem to enjoy my meal because of you."
"Blame it on your bad appetite."
"Why blame my appetite if I can blame your annoying existence."
"Annoying? You should be thankful you're born on the same timeline as mine."
"You've mistaken thankful as regretful, you gotta check your terms first."
"Woah, before you continue can I first get some popcorns? So I can enjoy it more."
"Suit yourself."

With nowhere to go, I decided to tour myself in the whole campus, I still have two hours before my next subject so might as well use it right? I first went to the library, and I was instantly welcomed by the sign Silence on the top wall of the librarian's station. I continued my way to the bookshelves and checked some interesting books to read when I have some free time. As I walked around the facility the scent of books and woods invaded my senses, it made me feel like home not to mention that the place is so cozy.
After spending a few minutes in the library I then went to check the auditorium, gym, tahoe center and other facilities which interested me. The campus is not that large so it's easy to navigate the area making me comfortable. I was already outside when I noticed Zero, he was talking to someone on the phone so I took the time to look at his whole being—don't get me wrong I am not checking him out okay? He's six foot tall, broad shoulders, black hair, chiseled jaw, deep green eyes that seem to pierce through your soul, he also have a defined cheekbones and his stubble is barely visible.
"He's not ready yet, I won't risk him."
"He can't know what I am father. It's too early, I just met him."
"I know, I know but we can't force him to be ready. What if he gets scared if I show him Lyeon?"
"Thank you father, for understanding."
"You'll meet him soon don't worry."
Okay Waqui that's enough eavesdropping for today. I turned on my heels and was about to go but then—
"Looking for me?"
"Bold of you to assume something hilarious."
"You find me funny then? You happy with me?"
"Your sense of humor is something I don't want to have."
"Then you can want something else."
"And what is that?"
He walked towards me leaving just a few inches between our bodies, and just like that he said something comical.
"Me."
"Funny, read it somewhere?"
"Yeah, did it work?"
"Do you find pleasure in irritating the living daylights out of me?"
"Maybe yes, maybe no."
I pushed him away and felt him tensed under my fingers.
"Leave me alone."
"Why? Can't keep up with me?"
"You trying to make me laugh?"
"Did it work?"
"f**k no."
I left him there and went to my next class. That asshole really be trying to pissed me off.

The bakery was a bit busy today and it made me thankful because i don't have to answer questions from Jonah.
"Good evening. Welcome to Sweeter, what would you want to have?"
"Hi, a box of red velvet cupcake please and also a box of sweeter cookies."
"That would be $50"

Let me tell you something, drinking coffee after hours of work is exceptionally rewarding and I love every second of it. I am now in my flat and I am beyond exhausted but it's worth it.
"Good job Waqui, now rest."
