Alpha’s Training Ground

The sound of swords splashing against each other filled the air, Alpha Wang and Knight are both on against each other as usual, that's how they train some mornings. They go against each other at times in their wolf form. They've been doing that since they were kids and it's always fun.
The training ground was filled with some warriors and guards watching and securing.
For some months, the Moon Pack have been fighting against different packs of rogues, even with the large city gate, no one knows how the rogues always manage to get into the pack and it's really disturbing even though they have the best warriors who are always ready for war.
The sword fight continues
Knight got the upper hand this time around and the sword in Wang's hand dropped
On a normal day, if the alpha was fighting against anyone and the person got the upper hand, he might end up dying coz the warriors wouldn't hesitate to behead him on the spot with the deal of protecting their alpha from the attacker no matter who he is, but now it's a different case, as long as it's the Beta, they can't do anything unless the alpha commands which might never come true for life.
Alpha Wang looked at his sword on the ground and then at Knight, Knight immediately dropped his sword too
"I'm sorry," He said in respect
Wang chuckled
"It's fine, we both know you're better than me when It comes to sword fighting" He tapped Knight's shoulder
"That will be the end for today," Alpha Knight said and everyone bowed
"Good job Alpha!!" The warriors chorused
Wang turned to Knight
"To my office," He said and Knight immediately followed him as they walked side by side, talking as they leave, everyone's head still bowed
Grey and Onyx followed behind them too, Grey is the alpha's special guard while Onyx is Knight's special guard, they are also close friends.
Moreover, they are the two strongest and bravest guards.
Alpha Wang and Knight entered the office while the two guards stayed outside along with the other guards guarding the office before.
Inside, Alpha Wang sat down gently and Knight also took his seat staring at Wang's worried face
His hair grew longer in the past few days only showing that he's worried about something.
"Are you okay?" Knight broke the silence
"Did you find out what I asked you to?" Wang asked
"About the city gate??" Knight asked and Wang nodded.
A few days back, he had requested to know if there was another way or route to coming into the city aside from the gate, unfortunately, no other route
"I met with the builders and they insisted that the city gate is the only way to the city" Knight replied and Wang looked up
"Then...."
"It might not be what you're thinking," Knight said and Wang raised his brows
*what do you mean??* He mind-linked Knight
*I honestly think those rogues use some dark powers* Knight replied
*you don't want to believe we have a traitor here?* Alpha Wang asked and Knight sighed
"I don't know, I just think we should get the matter straight first before suspecting anyone" Knight spoke out
Alpha Wang nodded
"Then, give Jade a call," He said
Jade is a witch, a powerful one at that and she's close to them both
"Who knows where that pretty witch is anyway," Knight said and Wang chuckled
"Don't tell me you still have a crush on her?" He said
"That was back then, I don't like her anymore," Knight said
"I will believe you," Alpha Wang said and Knight scoffed
*stop talking about another person's love life and let's look for a way to get our mate!* Adolph yelled at Wang
Wang groaned loudly and immediately shut him up
"Adolph again?" Knight asked
"You got me," Alpha Wang said
"It's been long since he have a run with Tyrant" Knight smiled
Tyrant is Knight's wolf
"Let's find some time to do that after we talk to Jade" Alpha Wang said and Knight nodded
"I should get it done immediately" He stood up and walked out of the office
Alpha Wang started checking out some reports on his desk, countless ones.

KITCHEN
"Make sure you don't take too long," Heather said to her twins' daughters, Moonlight and Twilight.
Heather is the wife of the warrior commander, Eskimo. She's the personal cook for the pack including the omegas who work in the meadow.
She also prepares the Alpha's food but especially because the maids are not allowed into the kitchen once she starts preparing the alpha's food, she's the only one trusted with the alpha's food.
Her daughters are known as the most beautiful maidens in the moon pack, absolutely their beauties are unmatched. Their skin glows like they got special treatment from the moon goddess herself. Aside from that, they both look identical, it's never possible to tell them apart except their mother, you can never say who is who, they also do a great job confusing the pack members.
Both the young and old wish every day to have them as mates.
They are just twenty years old and haven't gotten their mates yet, everyone believes they will be mated to alpha princes from other packs if not theirs, they are too beautiful to be mated to just ordinary wolves.
"Mother, this food is too much for those useless omegas please" Moonlight rolled her eyes
"I reduced it like you said yesterday, so this is okay," Heather said
"Anyhow, let's go, sis. Can't wait to see them work again" Twilight said and they both laughed before walking away
Two guards followed them behind as they finally left the castle.
