strange encounters p-35

15 minutes later, he turned from the main road following a road of gravel down into the forest. Just a few kilometers from here is where the spell ended from they did not need to go any further. The gravel road was narrow his car could not fit, stopped and parked it there. Nobody ever wondered in these woods so it was safe to leave it.

"we need to walk from here"

he said, and got out of the car, walked to the other side and opened the door for her.

He grabbed the bags and held her hand again.

"Are you sure you don't want me to help with your wound. It wont take long the spell-"

Before sh could even finish talking he cut her off.

He smiled while saying"you worry so much Cyan ...am fine"

she did not insist any further..

the sun was shining brightly over the tress. Cyan and Aidden walked hand in hand following a narrow path. The birds and the small animals in the forest sang making all different types of noises.

No matter how beautiful cities where, nature will always be extraordinary. Cyan took the lead and walked ahead of him. she was in her element nature was a place where she thrived in most and being in this place made her happy. She could feel the energy around from the trees and the land .

as if they where welcoming her to her world. She turned and smiled happily at him. He was behind her she was not alone.

Even though she knew she needed to tell him but how , how can three words give a person so much anxiety.

"Aidden ..i-"

she wanted to just shout it out but she was nervous 'just say it ...Aidden i love you'

whats so hard about that. She shouted at her self in her head silently cursing her anxiety.

"you what?"

he asked her with his eyebrows raised. Waiting for her to say something important.

why did he have to look at her like that , so serious this man sometimes,

"i ....i...need to pee"

Aidden: "_"

she let her mouth take control and ended up saying something completely ridiculous

who blurts out something like that. She felt like giving herself a hard slap on her face.

he looked around them. the only place she could use was the forest the bathrooms where back at the house.

"You can go in the forest right?"

Cyan: "_" ..."ill just go later"

she turned around quickly and started walking leaving him behind. She felt so embarrassed she did not want to look at him again.

Aidden stood watching her leave , he noticed she was acting strange when they arrived here. he would catch her looking at him and opening her mouth trying to say something but she would keep quiet again during there walk.

This girl was the definition of strange he chuckled at himself and continued walking .they where getting closer to the place he wanted to take them. Earlier he had asked people to set up a camping site . This land also belonged to them. It was a huge forest that came with the house. And even though this was his first time going camping . He had been here before exploring on his own , that's how he knew the perfect place for camping.

The view that graced her eyes was beyond magnificent. It was spectacular beyond words. She stood near a tree and looked at the beautiful site ahead green trees surrounded them all around. They where standing on top of a cliff, below it was a pool filled with water like a lake and a water fall surrounded with rocks that flowed from a rocky water fall. The rapids of the water kept falling dropping its large bodies of water flowing else where into a river.

"wow!!!!" she could not help herself from being completely mesmerised by the view. She looked at Aidden and he was smiling at her.

"You like it??"

He asked .

"its beautiful ..."

she spoke truthfully.

"are we staying here??" She asked him

"do you want us to stay here for tonight. ?"

he answered her with a question again.

"Yes please....even tomorrow night can we stay here too?"

That was what he wanted but he made it seem like it was her idea. He said happily

"yes ...of course we can"

he could see her eyes glow with happiness and her face filled with wonder. She was cute when she was happy like this.

"Alright ...but where are we going to sleep?"

she asked again.

he pointed up above through the green trees and a white thing could be seen .

she followed his sight, Cyan had great vision so she could see it was some sort of shelter . She turned to the direction and walked towards it , when she got there. A rectangular tent was built into the ground , it looked so cute .two camping chairs where placed on the outside facing the water fall, a small wooden rectangular high table was next to the chairs. a fire place was also arranged there with wood in it already.

Cyan walked closer to the tent. It was as tall as Aidden was . She looked inside and saw a brown carpet and a mattress covered in white fluffy covers and pillows on it. Next to it where lamps and a wooden small cup board she guessed there was food inside

The place was more than cozy and comfortable it did not look like any camping sight she had seen before , the way this place was arranged for comfort more than camping

Cyan wondered if Aidden had ever been camping before.

"its really beautiful Aidden .....thank you for bringing us out here"

she held her hands together thanking him.

He just smiled at her walked inside and dropped the bags on the carpet.

"do you want us to continue what we started at the house" he was flirting with her.

Cyan bit her bottom lip, Aidden was mischievous sometimes how does she respond to something like that they where in such a beautiful environment how could he want to stay inside. she grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the tent

"come on Aidden lets explore this place"

Aidden let himself get dragged by her, he wasn't much of an outdoors person.

They walked to the water fall , it was a wonderful sight. but to him the sight of her was more beautiful than any water fall or any place. She brought any place around her to life. like everything was an element around her movie, he was like the earth and she was like the moon controlling the tides of his soul.

They stood there at the edge looking far ahead into the world. There was definitely something about this place, the sound of the water was like music humming quietly to them. He felt it again, the air around her become lighter one could fall in her presence drifting and floating away her aura was like a wind Aidden smiled at her , what a woman. His Cyan.

He removed his shirt and threw it on the ground. He looked at her and looked below into the place where the water dropped in. It was high from where they stood. The water below but at the bottom was a large pool that was shining and sparkling reflecting the sun of water surrounded by large glistering rocks.

Aidden bent down and removed his shoes and his socks. He was bare foot and on the rocky platform of the cliff.

"what are you doing...Are you going to jump??"

he laughed at her surprised face.

"The water looks inviting .."

he spoke smiling.

he later proceeded to removing his belt and threw it on the ground. He was about to unbutton his pants when she covered her eyes with her hands and looked away from him in the opposite direction .

Aidden laughed again he found her reaction adorable.

"Cyan you are a shy girl"

he teased her.

He removed his jeans remaining with his boxers.

"Lets go swimming"

"no...you cant jump from here its too high"

she said.

He walked to the very edge ready to dive in.

And he did. Letting his body fall freely till it hit the water and sunk deep in its depths. Allowing it to swallow him. The adrenalin in his body kicking in. Slowly he sunk deeper.

"Aidden!!!!!"

Cyan screamed for him. how could he jump into the water just like that, he acted recklessly sometimes doing things out of impulse, just like earlier today when he intervened with the spell. Does he ever think of the consequences before doing things.she looked at the water below waiting for him to resurface out of the water but he did not there was no sign of any movements on the water it was as calm as before he even dived in.

"Aidden!!!" she called to him again. But he did not come out. her heart started beating loudly in her ears she was starting to panic what if he was drowning.

that thought made her fear for him. She removed her shoes her clothes and everything remaining only in her under ware and a bra. In a second she also jumped in her soaring in the air till she splashed in and dived further down. when she was in she moved her moved her legs and her arms searching for him in the water after some times Cyan came back to the surface Aidden was not there. "Aidden!!"

No answer and no sign of him. Cyan dived in again moving in all directions. she could see underwater it wasn't very clear but still she did not see him. Now her head was starting to spin.she turned around wanting to go back to the surface and catch some air she lasted more than 4 minutes without breathing for someone of her kind that was too long. She was swimming back when something grabbed her by the waist with force and pulled her to it. swimming back to the surface with her.

Cyan wanted to struggle free at first but she recognised these hands and when they reached out to the water. She turned around and saw Aidden holding onto her.

Cyan's heart was still beating and she was breathing heavily. Her eyes started getting watery , he scared her thinking something bad had happened to him. She felt relieved to see him but she was mad and furious at him for making her worry like that.

He was holding her waist when she pushed him away intending to swim out of the water. He grabbed her and pulled her to himself once more tighter this time.

"let me go"

she said angrily but he did not.

Cyan started hitting his chest she was beyond mad. he just let her hit him and just held her.

"you ....you are so reckless ...why did you do that.." she struggled in his arms trying to break his hold.

"do you know how scared i was ...i thought something bad happened to you, i thought you drowned , i couldn't find you ..do you even have any idea what that did to me..you have no idea how much i love you why would you scare me like that .

Stupid you are stupid Aidden"

she said while she continued struggling and hitting him, Cyan did not even realise what she said. And when she did she stopped and looked at him there eyes met Cyan heart did not stop beating .

Aidden had dived deep and swam into a hole under the water. That led to an opening of another cave. With rocks surrounding in and the light from the sun he could breath there . He did not think she would dive after him, he was so far into the water that he did not hear her calling .

When he wanted to get back up he saw her, she looked weak in the water struggling to swim up so he went and grabbed her. Aidden was a good swimmer he knew how to dive also.

but looking at her right now, he saw how his actions had affected her, that was never his intention. When he brought her up to the surface . He could hear her heart beating loudly he looked into her eyes and noticed she was ready to cry there was both fear and anger in her them, Cyan was more fragile that he ever imagined, she easily got scared. Was all this due to the trauma of losing everyone that got close to her. Aidden felt bad for scaring her. He held her in his arms he wasn't going to let her go no matter how much she struggled. He will never let her go.he listened to her as she spoke hitting his chest he did not mind. Until she said something he was not expecting to hear 'you have no idea how much i love you'

his mind caught that sentence carving it in his brain. She finally confessed to him what she felt all alongShe finally stopped struggling and looked at him her silver grey watery eyes reflecting his image .

"I love you Aidden"

she said it again this time without the struggling without the anger.

Aidden moved his had to her head wrapped his hand around her and kissed her passionately, he felt as though there were things inside of him he wanted to let out they where bottled up inside him.

After kissing for a while he held her and looked her in the eyes. "you are me life , i love you , i love you Cyan"the tears that where ready to fall earlier fell from her eyes silently. He moved his head to her and kissed her again. Aidden was in love , this was a feeling he had been missing all these years she completed him.
