strange encounters p-21

"now tell me ..whats the magic word ....i would love to know "

Cyan turned around and her eyes widened at the sight of him .

Aidden was still dripping wet with water , his hair was still dump and disheveled ,

it went in all directions ,he had a towel rapped around his waist and his upper body was bare glistening from the water .she could not stop herself from staring at him .her eyes trailing down from his hair , his masculine hard chest and the towel around him .he looked like a god of water that just risen from the deep sea

His body was fit for a warrior ,she raised her head at looked at his face , he was smiling playfully at her again.Cyan wanted to say something but her throat ran dry , she looked down at the floor .he was making her feel different , her own body reacted strange just by looking at him and she felt embarrassed

She was blushing,"why are you not dressed ?".she asked as her eyes doted on the floor , He chuckled as if he could read her thoughts ,if he could then Cyan would die of embarrassment.the thoughts she never had about a man she was having about him.

not only was his temperment , his presence , his scent and his dominant personality making her head loose focus but also his body was making her react at sight.She didn't want to look at him so walked passed and stood by the window and kept staring down at the cars rushing by.

Aidden opened the door and saw the carts that had all kinds of food

he pulled all five of them inside .

filled with different kind of breakfast foods .

"Why did you order so much food ".

she asked him .

"Because you did not tell me what you wanted ....i got everything"

"Are you insane ...that's wasting food ..

do you know how many people are dying just to have just a small portion of that "

Aidden wasn't expecting to get lectured by her .

but he didn't mind ,

"why don't you eat what you like ...and leave some then ill send someone to donate the rest "

he said he wasn't planning on wasting all the food he wasn't obnoxious.

"If you don't eat anything ....ill have the food thrown out and those people at the orphanage wont get any".he wasn't really going to ,he just wanted her to eat.

''What a ruthless man ... '

she thought , she walked over and looked at the food that was there .

fruits , vegetable salads , pancakes more .

she did not like any of them, she however needed to eat and something was better than nothing

Cyan wanted to eat the steak but her hands were still in handcuffs she gestured her hands at him.

"ill feed you ...what do you want to eat"

"Feed me??? ...no no why can't you just release me "

She was confused as to why he still insisted on keeping her in these cuffs She wondered if this man had loose screws in his head or something

"if i do then you will ran away again ..and i don't want you to , ....so as long as you insist on leaving , ill keep you in those cuffs ill tie you up in this room if you decided to use any tricks and escape ."

"Aidden i will burn this entire hotel to the ground if you do that!!!"

"then be a good girl and we wont burn together okay, ...now tell me what you want to eat ill feed you"

Cyan looked at him , this man was definitely crazy "Aidden ...how long do you want to keep me in these chains ..are you going to tie me up for the rest of your life .. i already told you the danger you are putting yourself in just by having me here ???". "for as long as i can Cyan ..now eat we can talk about that later ".

"Aidden-" she was about to speak when he brought a cup cake to her mouth,

Cyan didn't like sweet things and she turned her head away the the whipped cream smeared on her lips to her cheek

"You do not like it?"No, she shook her head.

"Please help me remove this"

she was talking about the cream .

He bent towards her slowly

"i like it though"

the next second he licked the cream off of her cheek .Cyan steped backwards and her back met the glass ."what are you doing"

she asked him. This man was not only arrogant but also shameless .

what he did right now was so weird to her , you don't eat food off of people, so why did he do that."you asked me to help you remove it"

he walked closer to her and put his arms on the glass trapping her between himself and the glass ."You can use a napkin ...you don't-"

she couldn't finish her sentence when he licked the cream on her lips,she wanted to move but he had her trapped , and when she tried to resist , he held her shoulders .

and kissed her even more .licking the cream all over her.

Aidden didn't stop there he moved his hands to her waist and pulled her closer to him,

the taste of the cream and her lips was delicious and he wanted more .He was trying his best to control himself , but he couldn't resist the urge , when he saw the cream on her Every time he kissed her ,he felt like he was drowning himself in her warmth .Something he never felt before .

he was loosing his control , the heat in his body was rising.

getting lost in his kiss , he was melting her thoughts away slowly,

she put her hands on his chest to push him away but she had no strength only feeling his bare body in her hands . the cream she didn't like felt good on his lips.

his tongue was playing her like a violin in her body sending that electricity again ,.

Cyan felt like she was running out of air and her head became lighter.She felt something hard pressing on her.And immediately she pulled her head away from him breathing heavily .

"I ....i want to eat.... the steak"

she said.

He steeped backward and walked towards the carts with food .She noticed Aidden looked like he was having a hard time with himself.

he too was breathing heavily .he ran his hands through his hair he didn't move for a while .

after getting the food ,he sat of the couch and told her to sit down.

"put your clothes on first."

she told him .he did not refuse her words

if he did not put them on then he wouldn't be able to stop himself again.if she had not stopped him by the window then he would have made love to her right there .this girl had his heart and his body crazy for her.

After feeding her, he called the hotel to get the remaining food ,he also ordered someone to deliver and donate some more.

"Come" he pulled her towards the bedroom

"To were"she asked him .

"to bed....i didn't get any sleep last night because of you ..i want to sleep"Cyan was about to protest when he carried her on the bed and lay next to her ,she wanted to get up ,he didn't let her.

"Stop struggling and sleep...you can do that when i wake up"

"can you at least release me now"

"nope"

"Aidden!!!!!"

"am sorry"

Cyan looked at him , why was he apologizing now."for having me arrested?"

she asked him.

"No ....Am sorry i was confused and i said things without understanding "

He said that while his hand pulled the strands of her hair back to her ear .she looked down for a while

" anyone would have reacted

the same way,i didn't mind at all .. you did this just to apologise to me"

"yes and to stop you from leaving"

"there is no way i can stay , you saw what happened ....they will come again and anyone who is Close to me will get hurt You know what I am ,a normal person would be Running away Not tying me to them.

"i don't care if you are a mermaid or a fairy i meant what i said Cyan ..who you are won't stop me from wanting you , you cant hide for the rest of your life .You cant be alone forever .i am not a vampire and I am not as strong as they are but i will protect you with everything i have. " i wish it was that simple but not you nor anyone in this world can protect me from. them. You will only get hurt."

She stood up and walked to the window , it didn't matter how much power or money he had , he could not protect her from those Vampires or witches . They could find her anywhere she went ,she used a spell to lock her location but once they break through it they would always know her whereabouts and find her

witches had a lot of spells that they used if they wanted to find someone.but in order to break a protection or locking spell required a strong witch.Cyan was not a fully trained witch her spells were not too strong.some spells required a great sacrifices in order to be performed .some would take the life of the one performing them.and in order to break a locking spell , whoever performs it would most likely lose their lives ..She always wondered how many witches lost there lives just to locate her.

But again those were the same witches that wanted her dead .Last time they managed to find her again by breaking the spell she used to lock herself ,when she arrived in this city she had to cast another spell. Shielding her from her sight Cyan also did the same on Aidden, Rose and even David ..which took a lot of energy and strength she slept for two days when she got here .

Aidden walked to her and hugged her from behind , he rested his head on her shoulders he just stayed there holding her without saying a word .sometimes words are not the only way you can make someone know how you feel.

sometimes just being there when they are at war with themselves is enough.

After some minutes he said " they are not here Cyan.....its just you and me here ...don't run away from this man that is crazy about you.stop fighting with yourself am not leaving you " He turned her around and looked into those silver grey eyes , he saw fear and uncertainty in them.

its true he would be in danger and that he could lose his life, its true that no amount of power and influence can protect her from the ones after her blood.its true that them together would be dangerous. But if he didn't have her fire around , he would freeze she brought a flame he never knew he was missing. a fire only she had.

"I can give you million reasons why i should leave ..I'm not selfish Aidden "

she said looking back at him. He saw she had a lot to say , again she was holding back.

"I know ...but there is one reason why you should stay.....with me ..

stay today , tomorrow ..for a week ..for month ...for a year ..

It does not matter how much time we have

Because am holding you right now ...and ill hold you For every second and time we have together"Cyan looked at him wondering how she got here ,where did Aidden come from, how does he catch her heart and her attention like this, was this all real or is she just imagining this. is this man really in love with her,

"Aidden"

is all she could say. the feelings only grew in her entire soul. Cyan didn't feel like running ...no she did not want to run. this could be hers this could be her future but was it really real

"you will be in danger if i stay"

she did not insist on leaving anymore she was saying this as if asking him one more time if he was sure about his decision.

he leaned in and kissed her head again.

"my heart will die if i cant have you...whats the point of living with a dead heart"

The fears in her heart were like puddles of water and his words were like the sun slowly evaporating them.there where a million reason to leave but he was the one reason for her to stay ,

maybe she should stop fighting her feelings for him.maybe she should just let go of all the uncertainty .maybe she should allow the light to enter her dark life, and let the walls built around her city of shadows down.For a while to be vulnerable to him and him alone. Allow her self seconds , minutes , hours , days , weeks or even months to be in his arms . To be cared for and to be loved.Cyan let her self fall and leaned on his chest .silently telling him to hold her. if she wasn't in handcuffs she would have wrapped herself around him.He did as she said and pulled her into his embrace tightly he hugged her.

Cyan could feel her walls tumbling down.

letting go of the fear felt good , it felt freeing

she breathed deeply inhaling his scent

His arms felt safe.Cyan allowed the light inside and she felt something she had never felt before

she felt at home with him, like she belonged there .
