Chapter 6The ride lasted a good thirty minutes. It felt like six hours. On my nuts. In other words, I felt like someone kicked me in the nuts for a solid six hours. By the time we arrived, I was covered in dust and smelled like camel hump. It’s hard to describe what camel hump smells like, but it’s as bad as it sounds. Possibly, probably worse.
“Can you blink me clean?” I asked as we deflocked. “Or at least repair my nuts?” I rubbed my crotch. “I think they switched places back at that last set of dunes.”
Genie shook his head. “It is perhaps safest not to. For now.” He leaned down and kissed my cheek. “And I will make your nuts feel better later.”
“Yuck,” said Luke, who was now standing by my side.
Yuri walked up to my other side. “That was fun!”
