I laughed hard after I left the café. Fritz’s shocked face was funny when I told him I would treat him to lunch. Serves him right for always surprising me. I am grateful to him, to be honest. He has done so much for me in the three days that I have been here in Sydney. It is my turn to do something for him. I’m happy that, after yesterday’s tension, Fritz is happier and more comfortable now. This is also the first time I have seen him talk a lot.
