CHAPTER THREE
DISCOVERING THEMSELVES
It was a good fit with these older guys being here, with these kids, as they knew lots about everything, and especially about motorcycles. These men, many of whom had no families, or any, that they ever mentioned, were generally, the black sheep of their family’s, misfits, and rounders, many, fresh out of the armed forces and thrust into manhood in perhaps, the worst possible fashion!
They, having to experience the horrifying realities of war, with nothing to prepare them for the horrors that they would witness and participate in! Worse still, these men, now, were thrust back into society with nothing to prepare them for the harsh reality of civilian life. They now, wanted to just get out there and see all they could see, and experience all that they
