I saw Kaden looking at me and I felt my face flush with embarrassment.
“Hey.” He spoke smirking and looking like he was fighting laughter. “Sorry I thought this was the bathroom.”
I got up quickly fixing my shirt as I got to my feet, wishing the ground could swallow me whole right now.
“That would be down the hall.” I mumbled trying to play it cool as if I wasn’t completely mortified right now.
The music wafted in louder than ever and I could smell cigarette smoke too.
