The Queen's Plan in action

The Queen was due any minute now, but instead of resting as she should be. She was busy making last-minute changes to the plan as needed and making sure everyone was ready and in position. This plan must go through without a hitch or delay. One small mistake could mean her life and the life of her unborn twins. So after everything was set her satisfaction she finally rests.
CARINA'S POV
I have been so worried, and anxious about this day. I must make sure both my children live. That rule will end with me. I won't see any set of royal twins die again. So if that means going without sleep, then so be it"I say as she walks back to my chambers touching my stomach"My precious children, I am so sorry I can't raise both, but this law means I just can't tell your father, that there are two of you. I hope you can forgive me. I also hate the fact that I am lying to your father about this, but he can't know about you two either. if must believe that I am pregnant with only one you." She said to her children crying"I'm sorry" She said touching her stomach. It was then that a contraction came and hard. She screamed out clutching her stomach. It hurt so much that I could barely move. Soon my husband the king enters. I feel his arms around me. I can't help but cry holding him"It hurts so much" I cry out. I hear him call out" Prepare the Queen for birth"He calls out.
Soon I am slowly picked up and put on a sedan headed straight for the birthing chambers. The plan is about to be put in action. I smile as I lay down. One of the chambermaids told him that he can't enter the birthing chambers. It's obvious why that law is in place, but for the sake of this place. I am so happy about it.
I am then placed in a bed and told to push. So I push, My first child early in the morning. My husband rushes in when he hears her cry. He carries her, another chambermaid the one I handpicked tells him he needs to leave because I need to rest when in reality it only a matter of time till my other twin is born. He nods taking our first child in his arms to present to the people and naming her Crown Princess. He then gives her to the nanny and leaves. Ten minutes after he does, the second twin is about to be born. Three hours later, our son is born."Hurry take him from me. I can't carry him"I say already on the verge of tears. "But My Queen" one of the chambermaids say"DO not question me, bring my Attendant Lian now," She said. Soon Attendant Lian comes and takes the child from me."Goodbye My Queen, I wish you longevity and happiness."She said as she leaves with the gift I had prepared for him. I silently cry for the fact that I probably will never see my sweet child again, the fact that he will leave without knowing about me or his sister, but the fact that the planned worked.
