As the days passed, Lana couldn’t help but notice how Irina was everywhere. How she was always there when Alpha Patrick or Archer arrived. How she picked up after them, how she even would grab Archer’s shoes that he’d leave in the foyer and then go put them away neatly in his closet. She’d then scurry down with his house slippers, placing them in front of his feet for him to wear.
Irina was at the house before Lana woke up and left after Lana fell asleep at night. Though Lana suspected that hadn’t always been the case. Because even an i***t could see how much she adored Archer.
“Were you two in a relationship?” Lana queried as Archer trained with her one evening.
She was in her workout clothes and red and sweaty as she punched away at a punching bag Archer was holding up for her.
