“Gh… sunlight…” Evan muttered as he slowly opened his tired eyelids and was instantly met by the natural sunlight creeping through the window.
“So you’re finally awake?” Derek asked as he petted his lover’s head. “You slept for so long I thought you’d miss class.”
“Miss class? Isn’t that like… tomorrow?” Evan asked as he turned his back to the window that illuminated the room. He put a pillow over his head to block out the light.
“Nope, you slept the entire day.” Derek said as he moved the pillow away, urging the other to wake up instead.
“What? It’s already Monday again? You’re kidding…” Evan said in an exasperated voice, he felt like the weekend flew by him so quickly it was disappointing.
