I had twenty-four years’ worth of things to say to Annie, and we were running out of time. I needed to get all this out while she was still up to it, so I started composing an email.
To: Annie Chesnutt
I know you get a kick out of my random texts in between setups or whatever, but I have some big things to say so I’m going long-form. First up: I asked the producers if there was any way you could see a little bit of what we’ve shot so far and to my complete amazement they didn’t just say they’d think about it; they said sure. A few people will be coming over Saturday night with some rough footage. Your own top-secret private screening. I guess they all trust you not to leak it to TMZ.
Next: I told Koa I think I’m in love with him and he said the same back.
