Carol’s POV When we finally broke apart, a couple of minutes after the most mind-blowing and incredible kiss of my life, Aiden grew serious as he took a seat at the edge of my bed. “So, tell me what happened. What do you remember?” I sighed, not really wanting to talk about it right now. My head was pounding, and I still felt a bit dizzy from all the drugs I was given. But the look on Aiden’s face told me that I really didn’t have a choice in the matter.
