Carol’s POV A low growl escaped from Oliver’s throat, and I gasped in shock. I covered my mouth with my hands and narrowed my eyes at him. “Oliver!” I all but shouted, in horror at what was happening. The look on Fiona’s face was as if she had just seen a ghost. I looked at Aiden who was staring at his best friend and Beta with dismay all over his face. His lips turned downward in a deep brown as he tried to assess what was going on. Usually, Oliver was the calmer of the two. He was level-headed and something like this didn’t usually happen. But now, he was staring at Fiona like she was a piece of meat, and she was horrified. Yet, I noticed my best friend couldn’t take her eyes off Oliver either, despite how pale she looked. “Oliver, maybe we should step outside,” Aiden finally said
