Alpha Tyler's POV:
Watching my mate go through pains pierces my heart but there's nothing that can be done about it, it is normal to go through the pains when it's the first shift, it gets better with time.
"Baby you have to breathe, take a deep breath" she did as I have told her, she took a deep breath and released it.
"It's okay baby, it's going to be alright" I ran my hand through her hair that was scattered all over her face, then she let out a piercing scream, as we could hear her bones cracking
"Tyler please make it stop.." she cried out, her tears mixed with sweat, as she fell on her knees, the cracking of bones could still be heard, that hurts me really bad but it will soon be over.
"Keep breathing in and out, it will soon be over, I promise"
