Excitement and fear filled Haliya. Instead of sleeping, she chose to watch the clock tick until it reached four-thirty. She stood up from the bed and prepared herself so that at exactly five in the morning, she would be outside and ready to leave.
By five, she was all dressed up and already outside the room, walking in the corridor. It wasn't long before Wendy came out of her room as well, and Martin followed suit while Xavier was already starting his car.
"Let's go?" He asked. They were using the same cars they had used on the way to Fontaine.
Martin gave Wendy a meaningful look, asking her to just get in the car with him. Wendy rolled her eyes and followed him, while Haliya didn't know what to do first. However, Xavier honked at her and gestured for her to get in the car at once.
