"Have you confirmed your suspicions?" Elvira asked Xavier, walking back and forth as she arranged the documents she would present to the council, hoping they would back them up in case they couldn't stop Henderson by themselves. Although it was futile, Elvira wanted to try, disregarding what she had said before.
Xavier nodded. "Yes."
The only thing that Xavier didn't like about his father's ideologies was the reason that killed him. Xavier admitted to himself that he was young and naive back then. He knew that his family was told to "betray" the vampire kind, but he didn't deeply understand why back then.
