Chapter 4

Jasper...

When we arrived at Vegas and went to the white chapel, so Bella can become Bella Whitlock. Bella went to get herself a casual white dress while I got a suit, and Alice wore a purple dress. We said our vows and he pronounced us husband and wife. I had never been so happy in my life. We spent the night in a hotel with Alice a few doors down.

We finally made it to New York, hunting along the way, when Alice stopped and told us we was close and moved further in the forest.

Alice ran up to the door with me and Bella behind her. A tall blonde male and a female with caramel coloured hair were standing outside. Alice didn’t pause before skipping over to them, me and Bella walked over to them slower and more cautious, especially with our scars showing.

“Hi!” Alice chirped. The blonde male, who I’m guessing is Carlisle from Alice’s descriptions, just looked at us all surprised. “I’m Alice and this is Jasper and Bella” Carlisle nodded “Please come in. We have two others living with us Rosalie and Emmett, there both mated to each other” We just nodded and walked into the living room, Bella pushed me onto a love seat and sat on my knee. “So what are your full names if you don’t mind me asking?” Alice went first. “My name is Alice Brandon, and that Bella Whitlock use to be Swan, and that’s Jasper Whitlock” There Jaws dropped. “I everything ok?” Bella asked them, the only emotion I was getting them was shock and awe. “Yes, sorry. Are you the god and goddess of war?” Carlisle asked us, we both just nodded. Just then Rosalie and Emmett walked in.

“Were back. Hey who’s this?” The male asked who I’m guessing to be Emmett. “This is Alice Brandon, and that’s Bella Whitlock use to be Swan and Jasper Whitlock” Emmett stuck his hand out for me to shake “Well man, I’m Emmett, this lovely woman is Rosalie, my wife” We nodded to them. “It’s nice to meet you” I told them both.

We all just sat there for a couple of minutes until Bella broke the silence “Alice, you might want to explain why we are her” Bella told her. “Oh yes, how rude of me. I have visions, I had a vision of Bella in her accident and I changed, then I had a vision of her meeting her mate, we met Jasper in Philadelphia, after that I had a vision of you and your coven” They just nodded. “I know your an empath Jasper, but what about you Bella, I know your quite talented with gifts alone” How did he know I’m an empath. “How do you know about their gifts Carlisle?” Emmett asked him. “Can you remember me telling you about the god and goddess of war?” Emmett just nodded to him. “Well your sat in the same room as them” Emmett and Rosalie’s jaw went slack “Holy f**k” we just chuckled at him. “I can absorb others gifts when there in my shield, so far I have visions like Alice, then there's mind reading, tracking, element control and empathy, that’s it so far, I can turn them on and off when I wish” Bella answered Carlisle’s question. The rest of the night we told each other about our life so far the women got on well with each other, I like Emmett he acts like a child and can have a lot of fun. Esme took us to our rooms.

The following day me and Bella went for a hunt alone without Alice. “How do you like it here then babe?” I asked Bella after she took her prey down and we marked each other... again. “It’s alright, at least we have new friends” I could tell just by her emotions she was just doing it for Alice, I know why, she thinks she owes her, because Alice saved her life. “Well we can stay here for a while then travel alone for a bit, if you want” I told her while moving her into my lap. “I’d love that. I know we have to start school, to keep up appearances, but I don’t want to do it all the time. It just isn’t me repeating my life, I know I have eternity to live, but I’m still not repeating it over and over again. There will always be something new for us to go see or do” I hate seeing her like this, I always feel like killing the people who make her like this. “Of course darlin, don’t worry I don’t feel like repeating my life over and over again. As long as I am with you, I don’t mind. Come on we best get back to the house”

When we arrived back at the house we had a family meeting. “Ok, well Alice, Bella and Jasper me and Esme need to get you into school, you all will be juniors. The story will be that me and Esme adopted you, Bella and Alice you are twin sisters and Jasper you are a friend of theirs from the care home. Alice and Bella your parents died in a car crash and Jasper your parents died in a house fire, that way you and Bella can still date in school. Any questions?” Carlisle asked us, I knew Bella would put her law down, she doesn’t appreciate others telling her what to do. “Yes, me and Jasper will does this, this time but after we will be taking off for a couple of months for time alone, I don’t want to be repeating my life, I only came her for Alice, I don’t appreciate others dictating my life. I don’t mean it nasty, but it’s the way I am” She could of said something a lot worse, she went easy on him. I saw Alice give her the stink eye, but Bella just ignored her. “That’s fine Bella, but you are always welcome back, what about you Alice?” Alice just looked at us apologetic before answering Carlisle” I don’t mind going to school, I understand why Jasper and Bella will be going away for a couple of months after, they need time alone. It would be weird not having Bella around, but I know we would keep in touch and it’s only a couple of months” I do feel sorry for Alice, she’s been with Bella since she changed her, so it will be hard for her, but her family as expanded.

*Day after*

“Right all three of you have been accepted into the high school, you are all juniors you start tomorrow. You remember the story?” Carlisle asked us while we just nodded at him. I don’t think I will enjoy it at school, but as long as I will be with Bella I’m sure I can cope, till we go away for a while. For the rest of the day I got to know Emmett, Carlisle went to work at the hospital, Esme went out to re-decorate a clients house, Bella, Alice and Rosalie had a girly chat, and painted each others nails, and styled each other’s hair.
