Chapter 16

Jasper…

It’s been a couple of months since we destroyed the whole house, me and Bella destroyed our room for a whole week, I just couldn’t get enough of her. Bella, Alice and Edward are going to be graduating soon and then we will be having another wedding, Bella is already in her wedding spirits, god I love her. Edward has recently told me he wants to be changed as he knows we will be moving in a years’ time and doesn’t want to lose his Aunt Bella, but I explained to him it was down to him, Alice and Bella. He still hasn’t spoken to them but I’m not fetching the subject up to Bella, she can still be sensitive about the situation.

Today is Edwards’s birthday, Bella and Alice has forced him to come over to have a little get together. We have all brought him presents; me and Bella had got him a new car; a 2008 Mustang, Esme and Carlisle got him plane tickets to go see him mum. Rose added a few adjustments to his Mustang and Emmett got him an Xbox.

We was all sat in the living room waiting for Alice and Edward to arrive, when I heard Alice’s car speeding down the driveway, the only emotion I was getting from her was sadness and heartache. She ran in to the house and straight to Bella. “What’s wrong Ali?” Bella asked her. “He-he-he left me” She dry sobbed in to Bella’s shoulder. “What do you mean?” I asked her. “He said it was all too much for him” I stood up to go see him. “Were you going babe?” Bella asked me. “Going to see Edward” I told her before I kissed her goodbye.

As soon as I was at Edwards’s house I rang the doorbell. “Can I help you?” Charlie asked. “Is Edward home?” He nodded and shouted Edward. “What’s wrong?” He asked me, I raised an eyebrow. “Shouldn’t I be asking you that?” He looked at me shocked, before he sighed and told me to come in. We sat down at the table. “She had a vision dint she?” He mumbled knowing I heard him. “Eh? She told me you finished with her because it was all too much for you” I told him. “No I decided I was going to end it, my dad has been asking me questions about Aunt Bella, and I didn’t know what to say. I can’t keep up with the whole lying; I’m not a good actor” I just nodded at him. “I understand, look we will probably moving for a while now, but you have mine and Bella’s number if you need anything Edward. We got you a car for your birthday, it’s at the house for you, Rose tweaked it a bit for you as well.” He looked at me shocked. “Y-you didn’t have to” I shook my head. “Edward you’re our nephew, whether you like it or not, we spoil family” I told him. “I’ll speak to Aunt Bella soon, and thank her. Please look after Aunt Bella and Alice” He told me before giving me a man hug. “With my life” I whispered before heading home.

“How is he?” Bella asked me while sat waiting for me outside. “She didn’t even go and see him, he decided he was going to end it because Charlie’s been asking questions about you, so Alice had a vision about it, but he’s doing fine. I told him about the car and he said thank you, he’s going to call you soon” I told her while hugging her to my chest. “Family meeting” I heard Alice mutter. I knew what this was about, she wanted to leave. Great I guess world war 3 is going to begin.

Bella sat on my lap, knowing what was about to come. “Ok Alice, before you start, I want to say something first.” He looked at us all before he carried on. “Whatever Alice decides we should all follow her, this is a hard time for her, so no arguing please” He made sure he looked at Bella and gave her a stern look making sure she knows he doesn’t want any fighting. I already knew he was asking a bit much from Bella as well as me, no way can we just leave Edward, he’s Bella’s blood and as Edward says my nephew through marriage. “Ok, first I want to apologize to all of you for what I’m about to say, especially Bella and Jasper” She looked at us, her eyes pleading us to forgive her. Great were defiantly leaving, I thought to myself. “We need to leave” she mumbled looking down.

I didn’t have time to stop her, Bella was on top of Alice, Esme’s chair ruined again. “WHAT! HE’S MY f*****g NEPHEW I WILL NOT LEAVE HIM, NOW IVE GOT HIM BACK!” Bella roared, I had never seen her like this. We was all engrossed into Bella and Alice we didn’t even hear Edward’s heartbeat. “She’s right Aunt Bella” He mumbled, Bella was off of Alice and next to Edward within seconds. “You want me to leave?” She asked him with venom in her eyes. “It’s not like that, dad’s been asking questions about you, even now me and Alice have split up, I know he will keep asking me questions with you in town” He mumbled looking down at his feet while carrying on. “I’m going to miss you all, especially Alice, Aunt Bella and Uncle Jazz, but it needs to be done” He whispered. I had Bella and Edward in my arms within seconds, Bella was dry sobbing and clutching Edward like he was her life line. I looked towards Alice and she was about to walk out until Edward spoke up to her. “Ali?” She looked at him both of them looked in to each other’s eyes, nothing but love and heartbreak shining through. “Yeah?” she whispered just loud enough for him to hear. “I’m so sorry, you wasn’t supposed to find out through a vision. I didn’t even think about it, I just didn’t want my dad finding out about you all, and it was the only way. I love you Ali, I’m doing this to protect you, all of you from the Volturi” He pulled her into his arms and they both just stood there holding on to each other. “Let’s leave them for a bit, we need to pack” Carlisle muttered.

As soon as we was in our room, Bella broke down, sliding down the door. I swooped her up into my arms and sat on the bed. “come on darlin, we can ring him every day, find out how he’s doing. He’s doing this for us” I muttered to her. “He’s splitting up with Alice and were leaving because of me. Do you not understand that, THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF ME” She was out of my arms and trashing the room. I stood there for a couple of seconds shocked. My Bella as never been so devastated, I always make sure she’s happy, but this, this is out of my hands. By time I came out of my shocked state, I noticed the family was in the room just staring at her, Edward was stood there with nothing but heartbreak in his eyes. I lunged at Bella and knocked her to the floor. “Bella darlin, come back to me, please, come back” I kept on whispering.

A couple of minutes later she came back, and looked around the room before her eyes fell on to Edward, she broke down. “Alice, I am sorry, this is all my fault” She kept on mumbling in to my chest. Edward and Alice walked over to us, the rest of the family had left us. "Aunt Bella this is not your fault, I love you, your my Aunt, the best Aunt anyone could wish for. I’m doing this for you and the rest of your family, I can’t see you getting yourself killed if dad finds out about this” He told her. “I know but If I wasn’t here, you would be ok with Alice, you’d both be happy, but now, now your both heartbroken” Alice smiled at Bella. “You honestly think we wouldn’t see him again?” Alice asked us, I looked at her. Bella started growling. “What are you hiding Alice?” Bella hissed. “Nothing, it’s a surprise” Alice sing-sang before dragging Edward out of the room. “I suppose we should pack then” She mumbled.

We made our way down stairs after packing, Edward was still downstairs waiting for us. “Come on, I have something for you” Bella told him while dragging him to the garage. “Wow” I heard Edward, I walked in to the garage and Edward had Bella in to a tight hug, well a tight hug for a human. “Thank you” He kept repeating. When he noticed I was in the garage her was next to me; I had never seen a human move so fast. “Thank you Uncle Jazz” He told me before giving me a man hug. “Your our nephew, we treat our family” I told him while adding “you need a new car” too low for his human ears.

After saying good bye to Edward with a promise to ring him tomorrow, Carlisle thought of something none of us thought of. “Where are we going?”
