“Thank you all for being here. Today, we had an unusual sighting while out as a group. I just want to be crystal clear that we are all on the same page regarding Nikki’s safety,” Frankie said to the room in general.

“We went out as a group for sightseeing. We went by the Institute’s Campus to the open market in the square and stopped at Velloms. While we were in Velloms, I thought I recognized someone through the window. Marcus and I went to follow the person but were unable to track them down. Either I didn’t see who I thought I saw, or they avoided being tracked,” Frankie stated.
