After that steamy deed with Evan at the penthouse we shared a good breakfast and had more talk, exchanging information and getting to know more of each other. We both took a shower that ended up, us having another round of steamy s*x under the shower. I realized that it would be a miracle for me if I didn't get pregnant after those exchanges we had. He insisted in driving me home as he wanted to know where I live but I was not up for an early morning earful with my mother if she saw me coming home with a man. Well my mom grew up in a conservative family which is why. Despite my plea of telling Evan there was not any need for him to drive me home I lost and so here we are 3 blocks away from our house. Seeing we are almost home when I saw a police mobile in front of our house my heart beat rapidly with my brain worried thinking of what happened. Did something happen? The moment Evan stopped the car I didn't wait for him to talk or what I just stepped out of his car and ran towards our house. I was greeted by my mom's loud cry asking the police officer to do everything they could. Beside her was Ranicka and Ruwee crying saying it was their fault. Dad was at the bar staring blankly at the bottle of bourbon in front of him and that as I glanced towards the police officer he seemed to be holding a photo and seems to be analyzing something. I immediately ran to my mom and asked her what happened, "Mom, what happened? What's wrong huh?" I hugged her and instantaneously she began crying harder. "Rainelle! Waaaaahhhh. What happened to you? Where have you been? Did the kidnappers hurt you huh? Tell me what happened?". I stared at her questioningly and my sister came in hugging me as well and saying all the apologies she could. I inhaled deeply and said "I should be the one asking you what happened? Why on earth are you all crying and what are these honorable police officers doing in our house? Did something happen?" My mom suddenly controlled her tears and asked. "So you mean you were not kidn*pped? We thought you were cause someone from the party said they saw you being grabbed inside a car. And that when Ranicka called you it's a male's voice who answered" I almost wanted to laugh with all these early morning chaos, as a result of me ending up in Evan's bed. Speaking of Evan of my gosh where is he, just in turn of me to glance at the door and saw him containing his laugh perhaps finding this situation funny. The 3 police officer stood up and asked to exit since there was no case to solve anymore. Just as I was to stand up to send the police officers and thinking of apologizing to them by being bothered with this situation but I felt a strong yank to my arm. I see it was my mom and that she was staring and sending death glares to Evan who was still standing at the door. "Who is he?" Oh oh this is the start of it. I saw Ranicka and Ruwee seemed surprised to be seeing their boss on our doorstep. "Oh my I'm sorry Mr. Bradley, we didn't notice you. Please come in, may I offer you something to drink? "  Ranicka asked which Evan just politely answered with a "No, thanks" Ruwee ushered him a seat infront of me and my mom. "I'm sorry I didn't see it to be respectful to butt in and introduce myself earlier as I see you were all busy sorting things out. My name is Evan Bradley, Mrs. Matthews." I heard Evan confidently introducing himself. "I know! I know your name and I know who you are cause I see your face in every front of business magazine and that you are Ranicka's boss, but what I was asking is who are you for Rainelle that you came in together." My mom questioned as if interrogating a criminal. Oh mom please it's too early for such an awkward topic. "Oh I'm sorry for that. I am here to apologize for sending Rainelle late that it made you all worried. Well she was with me last night, we enjoyed each other's company that we lost track of the time. Again my apologies for that Mrs. Matthews." Evan answered seemingly convincing but we all gasped after hearing my mother's next question. "Did you two have s*x?" This is going no where. "Mom please can you be more decent." I but in hoping my mom would realize it was an awkward and private question she was asking, but I instead received a more brutal one. "Well you stayed up all night together, and your face says it all giving away all those after s*x body language with this man." Goodness I just wanted to disappear on the face of this world. Looking at how Evan is as red as I am and can't seem to find a good response to what my mom just dropped I had no choice but to look at my dad and ask for help. I'm sure he'd understand. "Enough Daniella! Rainelle is already at the right age to do what she wants. Isn't that what you actually wanted and have been nagging her about? To have a life, go mingle and find a man to knock him off and get married." I saw my mom trying to open up her mouth to answer but ended up shutting up perhaps due to inability to find words to answer my dad. Serves you right Mom, serves you right saying it loudly on my head. "So are you two gong out or what is your plan Mr. Bradley?"  Dad exclaimed. "Well for starters you may just call me Evan, sir. And I was actually planning to marry Rainelle but I have some business trips this coming month or two so perhaps after that we can plan it. I know this may be in a rush but trust me sir, I want your daughter to be my wife." I was speechless that I had no reaction than just stare at him blankly with my face drained with all it's blood. This is all Ranicka and Ruwee's fault, had they not forced me to attend that party this wouldn't be the morning I would be waking up too. I stood up and headed towards Evan grabbing his hand leading him towards our backyard. This man needs some serious talking. 

"What the hell was that? You don't have to marry me if you are thinking about what we did? If you feel you should be held responsible for taking away my purity then tell you what I am no way grabbing your neck for that." I felt so mad that I don't see other's perception to be viable anymore. I heard Evan sighed deeply. "Let me explain to you Honey that this wasn't because I felt responsible for making love to you all night and taking that V-card of yours cause this might make you mad and make me look like a s*x starved man but you were not the first virgin woman I had s*x with, but you are the only one I felt this with. You make me feel so happy and the moment I saw you I already felt something in me that not just s*x will suffice. Call me cheesy or what but I am thinking love at first sight could be real cause it's what I felt the moment I saw you at that garden last night." Then he suddenly lifted my chin and he made me look him in the eyes. "Will you marry me Ms. Matthews?" and felt him peck a kiss on my lips. I almost got lost in his kiss again when I remembered my family, and just time saw them peeking on the window, with Ranicka and Ruwee smiling and grinning ear to ear, my dad expressionless but eyes happy, and of course my mom sending death glares that I know deep inside this is what she's been wanting. So much for this one night with Evan and everything seemed to change so fast.
