A week later.....
I pace in my office waiting for the call to push through. It's been a week and Mason has been silent, which is far-fetched. As beta of the pack, it's my duty to protect my leaders and pack. I knew Mason was planning something big against the Alpha and Luna. I'm going to find out what it is. I'll find evidence or something we can use against him before he makes another move.
"Did you find anything? I asked James anxiously immediately when he picked up.
"Yes, I did. I had been meaning to call you but I got swamped with a lot of paperwork, "James's deep voice mutters
"That's okay. Send it to me via email. "
"No, we need to meet up. It's in the form of a hardcopy, "James informed.
"Okay, when can I get the file? I need it ASAP" I asked impatiently,
