“Um, hi,” I said in a confused tone. “Amelia. Let the girl breathe, will ya,” a deep and authoritative voice boomed from within the cabin. The girl quickly dropped me to my feet and turned to face the door. “I'm sorry dad, I'm just so excited to have a big sister,” she said in a low but still excited voice. “Sister?” I asked in shock as I turned to stare at the girl. “Yes, Amelia's your half-sister,” the guy's voice said as he walked into the doorway.
