Life went on for a few weeks in a comfortably normal way. School strolled along at a relaxed pace. Home lives were quiet and uneventful.
Thanksgiving break came and went. Raber and Ioni split the day between their two homes. Raber"s family typically liked to have their holiday meal early in the day while Ioni"s family preferred to eat at a more regular dinner time, so it worked out nicely for them to be able to be together the whole day. Over the months the two had become comfortable in the company of each other"s families. While Raber"s family tended to be a bit icy in nature, they seemed to like Ioni and were always kind to her and Raber got along with Ioni"s parents.
The pair had visited Bedelia"s on a couple of occasions in order to procure some supplies for Wiccan beginners. Ioni
