Chapter 5

Why didn't you inform me you were on your way home, Zena? You should have called me to inform me.

“You would have known if you had taken your call.

“Excus us ladies, I'll send you guys some money. They took up their clothes and left.

“How did it go, Zena?

“It went well; I got the job.

“Good girl!

“Leo is too demanding; he complains a lot; he kept me waiting for over four hours. Who does that?

“So when are you bringing me the business plan?

“Calm down, Leo, I just got the job today. How am I supposed to know where the document is? Give it time, Noah.

“How much time do you need?

“five months.

“Are you crazy? Do you think I can wait that long? You better do all you have to do to get that document fast. Even if you have to sleep with him, seduce him. You better not waste my time. Come give me a taste of your body. I've missed you. Noah pulled Zena closer to his body but she pushed him away.

“I need to shower. Mr. Leo spilled coffee on me. She went into the restroom as she undressed. It was almost 8 p.m. and she went downstairs to get dinner. After she had dinner, she retired to bed. She was the only one at home because Noah and his friends went out to a club.

She woke up by 7 a.m. the next day; her alarm didn't ring. She jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom. She saw the new outfit Noah bought for her in the wardrobe; it was a black bodycon dress. She combed her hair and packed it in a ponytail. By the time she got to the office, it was just two minutes to 8 a.m. She was so happy to have resumed before time that she quickly rushed and made Leo’s coffee and arranged his work area.

He walked in a few minutes later and she collected his laptop bag.

“Good morning, sir. Leo ignored Zena; he was on a call and he was yelling at the person over the phone. When he didn't respond to her, she knew it was going to be a long and bad day. He sat down, picked up his mug and took a sip of the coffee. When he spit it out and ended the call, Zena knew she was in a big mess.

“Hold on one second; let me call you back. Why is my coffee cold, Zena?

“I made it seven minutes ago, sir.

“You served me a coffee you made over seven minutes ago?

“But sir, you asked me to make your coffee first thing when I resumed in the morning.

“Is that why you served me a cold coffee? Throw this rubbish and make me another cup.

“I’m sorry, sir; I'll make another one. She took the mug and made another coffee. When she brought it, Leo was already working on his laptop.

“Here is your coffee, sir.

“Leave it there. Go to the conference room and get me a file on the desk. Zena went to the conference room but before she got there, she heard Leo yelling her name and she had to rush back.

“Zena!

“You called me, sir.

“I can see you are trying to kill me. Why is my coffee so hot? Do you want me to burn my tongue?

“I thought you said you needed it hot?

“You must be very stupid for replying to me. Where is the file I asked you to get?

“I came back immediately and you yelled my name.

“What planet are you from? Why didn't you pick it up before coming?

Zena went back to the conference room to bring the file. She came back and left it on his desk.

“You will accompany me to the bar tonight; I have a date. I don't want to be running around when she is around. So you’ll come with me in case I need anything.

"But, sir, my shift ends by 5 p.m.

“There is no time frame for this job; you can work until midnight if need be, so better get used to it.

Zena’s day was filled with errands from Leo; by the time she settled down to eat, it was almost 7 p.m., and everyone in the office was gone. She waited an extra hour for Leo and he finally came out before they made their way to the bar. They got to the bar and Leo ordered his drink.

“Are you planning to stand beside me like my bodyguard?

“Sorry about that, sir. I'll sit somewhere close so I can hear you when you call my name.

“Sit beside me; no need to go far; my date was already canceled while I was on my way here. Zena sat down beside Leo; she was looking in different directions to avoid eye contact with her boss. She wasn't comfortable, her palms were sweaty, she knows how Leo can be and she didn't want him to yell or embarrass her in public so she behaved herself.

“Order whatever you like.

“I already had dinner; I'm fine, sir.

“Nonsense, I cannot be drinking alone. Leo called on the waiter and they brought an extra glass. Zena started drinking and enjoying the live band that was playing; they finished the first bottle and Leo ordered another one. She loved Leo’s perfume; even though he was strict, he was very handsome and cute; he had a cute smile; and his perfume was to die for. Leo had four tequila shots and he was drunk.

Zena had to assist him to the car; he insisted she take him home. Their driver took them home and she took Leo to his room. The house was such a magnificent edifice; his room was the biggest bedroom she had ever seen in her entire life.

Leo threw up and she had to change his clothes and clean him up. When she tried to lift his head and position the pillow well, they locked lips, and that was when Leo held her and pressed his lips upon hers, and they kissed passionately. The kiss was so intense that they had s*x, and the room was filled with Zena’s soft moan.
