Why would Ethan sell the pack house?
He had no right whatsoever to do so! Wasn't Elenett there to give his dumb friend advice? And the Council of Elders, did they agree with Ethan's decision?

Well, no doubt, he had a lot of landed properties scattered around Crimson's pack, but the pack house…
It was already blessed by a priest and chosen by the moon goddess as the pack house. Why would he change the location?
Or was he trying to flee from Crimson's pack? Was the ledger really going to cause havoc if opened?
