Blaise Taylor
His brown eyes, bored into me.
The devil was real and he currently stood before me.

After dramatically bursting through the door, her eyes connected with mine. She appeared a shell of the girl that I had met in Italy despite having recovered from the injuries she had sustained. Her blue eyes that once burned with a bright and dangerous fire, had been replaced by those that were lifeless. Her face was free of bruising yet it withheld an expression that faintly showed she was in pain and her hair that once was lively, lay dull and flat against her face.
She was still the most beautiful woman I had ever seen, even including the point when her glare at me contorted into a scowl. Her expression, made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. She looked rabid and radiated rage.
As she was about to launch for me, ready to rip open my throat, until her father sternly called her name.
"Blaise!"
She stopped dead in her actions. Her emotionless mask returning and she turned to face him.
He gestured for her leave the room with him. She complied with his command without hesitation and her Father was quick to follow her out. They left Luca, my father and I on our own, in the room.
"We should steal a pen or something!"
My father and I turned our heads simultaneously to face Luca, the corner of my mouth twisted up in a smile. Luca's comments always amused me. My father on the other hand seemed unimpressed.
Luca's childish grin dropped and his back straightened.
Silence deafened the room once more.
I rubbed my chin with my hand as I leaned back in my hair. Robert Taylor, the current Capo to the English Mafia and Blaise's father. While I remained unafraid and slightly unimpressed, I could see why people feared him.
The most frightening thing about him was he had the most dangerous woman I'd ever met at his beck and call.
Blaise Taylor, my mystery woman had finally gotten an identity. The heir to the English Mafia.
And the mystery of her identity was able to be solved, through a small discovery made by Luca. The discovery that lead me here, to be in the office of Robert Taylor.
Months ago, when she escaped my home using my Ferrari, that she later ditched in the middle of nowhere, I ran back to the house to get into a car and ride after her but I was stopped by Luca.
Blinded by anger, I punched him in the nose, which caught him completely off guard and causing him to fall to the ground. He whimpered and uttered that he knew who she was.
Luca said that he had been able to work out she was English as he said that while she hid her accent well, it shone through in her hissing and small groaning when she hurt herself.
Through this advantageous discovery, I had someone sent to England to gain intel on all their gangs, especially the English Mafia that had hidden so well over the years.
After my escape 16 years ago, the English Mafia went deep underground, while they had always opted for a more secret approach to the mafia life, they fully immersed themselves in secrecy.
No one knew anything about them except the fact they maintained their power by training the best of the best assassins, held secret trades and rapidly grew their businesses by developing in the underground world.
My spy was able to uncover a small amount of inform. While my spy was eventually discovered and killed, they had already reported back enough key information back to me.
The underground Mafia had seemingly become less able to remain secretive, once their untouchable heir had finally failed a mission.
Blaise Taylor came over to me with the apparent mission to kill me, meaning I had grounds to start a war with the English Mafia and the chance to win it.
However, a big part of me didn't want a war because of the causalities and limited gains it would earn. So, I came up with a new idea.
I confirmed my plans with my Father and then sent a representative to England, to inform Robert Taylor of the predicament they were now in.
He was quick to reply and a meeting where we were to discuss my demands, was set up.
That meeting was today.
