The past six weeks have been hectic.
Renovating a building into a hotel is so much work, I didn’t anticipate all the work I have been doing. Tucker has been to the cabin at least twice a week to bring me documents for my authorization the past weeks.
Beth has been emailing me for so many things.
I thought because it’s just another outlet among our many other hotels everything should be the same but no, they need my opinion on everything. Our head human resource has done the recruitment and the employees are undergoing training.
I was glad to hear he managed to move some employees from our other hotels to manage this one in Pittsburgh. It would have been a disaster if we had entirely new employees the entire hotel.
