“Beth are you sure this is the right time?” I ask her.
“Stop having doubts,” Natalie steps in. “We have all waited long for you to man up and do this. This time we are all sure it will work.” She smiles.
I have been patiently waiting to ask Melissa to marry me for the past three years. This co-parenting thing worked out better than I had expected it to go. After our beautiful daughter Amelia was born, I stayed with Melissa and her family in their house.
