Faye's POV
The knock on my room door came at the wrong time. I had been crying my eyes out and I had a terrible headache. The knock felt like an explosion went off in my head.
"Go away," I shouted thinking it was Rex. Instead of silence, the knock became more intense. I walked to the door and opened it in anger. I frowned when I saw Veda standing at the door with both hands folded on her chest.
"What do you want?" I asked glaring at her.
"We haven't had breakfast and today is the housekeeper's day off. You need to get your ass in the kitchen and get us breakfast," Veda said and was about to turn around and leave but my words stopped her.
"I am sure that both your hands are working perfectly. If you need breakfast, go into the kitchen and make one," I said then closed the door in h
