Chapter Three

“Since when are you even excited for the first day be it your first impression” I ask Ethan who is apparently dragging me to school because he doesn’t want to be late on his first day and wants to make a good impression to his professors

“Well since today so just shut up and hurry” he said. The nerve of this man I looked at him in disbelief as he is basically dragging me to his hearts content and also telling me to hurry like is he for real. Finally we reached school where we separated ways since we share different courses. I head to direction where my first class is going to be held. I was kind of early thanks to Ethan most of the room was empty. I got my seat and some others students were still filling in.

“Excuse me is this seat taken” someone asked and I turned to my right see a boy who had the most beautiful hazel eyes i have ever seen. I smiled at him removing my bag shaking my no then smiling at him. He took the seat then started putting his things on the table

“Am Rayon Sylivester” i said to the boy trying to socialize.

“Taylor Copper” he said smiling at me and he has a beautiful.

“That’s a beautiful name ” I said to which he chuckled

“Its not what I used to get in high school but thanks, your name is also beautiful given to a beautiful person” he said smiling which made me blush to which he chuckled.

The professor entered the class which was good timing because I didn’t know how to reply to that. The class quieted down as the professor started the lecture . After some time the professor ends the lecture bidding us goodbye. I started packing my things so that i can go to the library since my other class of the day is in the afternoon but I felt someone tapping my shoulder turning i found Taylor.

“ so do you have another class” he asked

“Yes developmental psychology but its in the afternoon what about you” i asked

“Guess we are sharing lots of classes because i also have that in the afternoon” he said smiling to which I smiled back putting my bag on my shoulder heading out with him. He went the other direction after saying goodbye to me and I head for the library. When I finally reached the library after getting lost two times I settled down at the back getting my things out of bag then I thought of Ethan wondering what he’s doing so I decided to send him a text asking him how he was and if he has made any trouble yet which he replied to immediately telling me that he’s okay and no trouble yet and that he’s missing me which had me blushing.

I had a sandwich while studying and by the time i was done with studying the notes i took today it was time for my other lecture of the day so packed my stuff and headed to class. When i got there most of the students had already settled so almost all the good seats were taken but i saw a hand waving and it belonged to Taylor who fortunately had saved me a seat near him

“Thank you” i said to him with a smile which he just replied and nodded to me. The professor entered just as i was settling down and started the lecture

When the lecture was done and we were given some research assignment which my classmates weren’t happy about i strode out the school but with Taylor besides me who said was waiting for his sister and since i was also waiting for Ethan we decided to give each other company by having some conversation which involved knowing each other and it turns out he has a twin sister. After some minutes Ethan appeared in my point of view with a girl who was beautiful if you ask me but I didn’t like the way she was holding on to him

“I see you have already made friends” Ethan said while giving Taylor a look over which made me roll my eyes because he tends to be like that whenever i make friends

“Taylor this is Ethan and Ethan this is Taylor” I introduced them to each other

“Nice to meet you” Taylor said to Ethan but he didn’t say anything he was just staring at him hard which to me was rude and he’s going to have a earful

“Oh my sister is here I think I should leave” he said turning to me. He then continued with that charming smile of his “ there’s this party that am invited to and am inviting you to join I swear its going to be fun”

“No” said Ethan but ignored him

“Yes I would love to join you” I said asking him his phone so that i can put my number after that gave him his phone and he bid us goodbye. I turned to Ethan who was glaring at the retreating Taylor and also his fling long gone

“I don’t like that guy” he said but i just ignored his remark

“Lets go home i***t” i said heading to the direction of our apartment but I can’t say am not excited for my first party ever
