UNFOLDED LOVE

Chapter two

I didn’t know how i fall asleep but i was woken up by Ethan announcing that we are there. The apartment looked fancy with driveway and a garage where we parked

I was actually amused by my mum and Ethan’s choice because they are the one who did the apartment search.

“You did a good job i like the place” I said smiling and looking around the garage

“I knew you will, wait when we go inside” he said while opening the trunk to start unloading our stuff. And yes Ethan was right the inside was so beautiful with a white and gray theme, enough space for two boys. The kitchen was also so good which i loved the most since I love making my own food.

“Wow this is so beautiful you really have a great taste ” I said eyeing every detail of the house and i turned to him seeing that he is bringing everything from the car without helping him am not feeling guilty like why should I he is the strong one between us.

“You really not going to help me here” he said looking at me with a raised eyebrow and hands on his hips.

“You know am not that strong but am treating you to lunch after here”. I said smile innocently. When he was done unloading the car we headed out to look for a place so we can have our lunch because we were starving. We finally found this restaurant called ‘Gabyz cafe and restaurant’ after walking for about 30minutes

The interior of the place was so cozy and welcoming with some soft music playing. There wasn’t many people so we found a table in the back and sat. There were Handmade Art crafts decorating the walls and some on the tables it looked so beautiful

“Welcome to Gabyz here is the menu” said the waitress who was smiling at us or let me say at Ethan. “Can i know the drink you would like to have” she asked while looking at Ethan as if am not present.

“Uhmm I will have a coke” Ethan replied without looking away from the menu which made her smile fall a bit and mine appearing

“Water for me please” I said and with that she left to bring our order but when she reached the counter she whispered something to her friend who was behind the register and they smiled looking back at us I looked at Ethan who they were obviously looking at but he was oblivious of it. I scowled at them but looked at the menu and decided on what am going to have and when am done i put it down and find Ethan looking me with so much focus

“Why are you looking at me” i ask raising an eyebrow at him

“Just admiring how cute you look when your focused” he said causally still looking at me making me flush

“Shut up” I say looking away trying to hide my face. This stupid i***t keep saying things without thinking of how they will make me feel i guess even my crush doesn’t do me any justice

“Here are your drinks guys sorry for the delay” said the waitress who i was so thankful for appearing now “can I have your order now guys” she asked while batting her eyes at Ethan who decided to flirt with her.

“Yes gorgeous” he said making her blush and giggle making me want to gag. “I will have a cheeseburger with fries”he said with a wink which caused her to flushed deep red turning to me less amused like she wasn’t dead blushing just a second ago ‘well b***h the feeling is mutual’ I thought

“I am having the same as his” I said which she scribbled down and turned to Ethan smiling seductively at him

“I will back with your order in 5 minutes”she said before leaving. Like is that even professional to flirt with customers like that I thought to my self while glaring at the way she went

“What’s wrong with your face what’s with that look”Ethan asked making me look at him

“Well she was talking to you like you’re the most handsome person on planet and when it came to me she didn’t even pay me any attention like I consumed all her energy by just taking my order” I said with an annoyed face

“Are you saying that am not handsome” he said with a hurt expression

“Of course you’re not”I said as matter of fact “well not like she was looking at you it was annoying” he looked amused and was about to reply but that’s when the food arrived and I was again grateful for this waitress girl for appearing again

“ hope you didn’t wait for so long” she said looking at Ethan who nodded a no and flashed her a smile which she returned. After putting our food on the table she slid a napkin to Ethan with red cheeks and left with hurried steps when he flipped it there was her number which he pocketed indicating that he is going to give a call soon or later and there goes my mood and appetite.

That’s what happens when you happen to have a crush on Ethan because he always take the chance of getting laid which will never be you and you know why because to him your his best friend.
